So did Marc Gasol, KJ, Lowry - literally everyone
So dumb comment
Only as a rookie/sophomore where everyone loses, and only as an 8 seed, where everyone loses

Durant was just as culpable in their losses post Harden as Westbrook was. I know everyone clowns Westbrook now but putting up 27/7/8 then 26/7/11 on 52-54%TS over two playoff runs is pretty damn good from your 2nd option. And it's not like Harden was lighting the world on fire in the playoffs during those seasons

Wade's resume was ruined by the 2011 Finals, otherwise Wade has 2 FMVP and 4 titles, so his resume beats Bird and compares to Magic's
So again, Wade was the #2 player in 2010, and therefore teaming up with him = mj teaming up with Bird or Magic

LeBron's top 2 in virtually every advanced stat all time yet you have him ranked outside the top 10 :lol So if Wade's the equivalent of Magic & Bird based on those stats then LeBron is no worse than the 2nd best player of all time

It was a low skilled basketball era where the players needed shortened lines to make 3s.

durant is no picnic either. this guy whined about "touches" while winning championships in golden state. :oldlol: fast forward to now with recent drama and petty beefs. back in okc durant was probably just as annoying and cancerous. no surprise he and kyrie get along though.

Jordan is 1-9 without Pippen.
Pippen won 55 games without Jordan.

Wade is where Pippen is all time.
Larry Bird and Magic are top 7 all time players.

because Wade was the #2 producer in the league (#2 in BPM, PER, WS/48 and VORP), and therefore equal to Bird/Magic relative to his competition
So it's statistical fact - lebron teamed up with the equivalent of Bird or Magic in 2011

Today's teams give up an extra 8 points per 100 possessions, most of which goes to the star players
So Lebron would average a lot less in a league that doesn't allow as many points

Wrong.
LeBron started in an era that was just as slow, plodding, post up ball in the early and mid 2000s and went 30/7/7.
Mid 2000's shot just as many 3s as the late 90s.

Wrong. LeBron would average 30/7/7 in 1998.
He averaged 20ppg his rookie year at 18 years old in 2004, 6 years later.
Give me a break hippo boy.

Just watched some games in 1996, and the 3 points line is almost ncaa range.

Spot on. BLM leaders are just like the leaders of any large organization or movement in this country... Sociopathic, money and power hungry leeches. They dont care about the cause they represent or the specific people involved, they are only following their own selfish desires and using these events and people as a means to their personal gain.

That's Pippen numbers. It's not Lebron's fault most nba players in the 1990's did not attempted more 3 pointers. Bulls struggled against a good 3 points shooting team in the 1998 conference finals

MJ couldn't play more than 3 Finals in a row..... you really think his level of aggression would be high every game playing in his 8th consecutive Finals???

Lebron actually improved his 3 points range. That's why he is almost averaging 26 ppg. Jordan always been an inefficient 3 points shooter that's why his numbers from his Wizards days were below 23 ppg

I think Lebron James numbers in the mid to late 90s would look something like 18/7/7 on 46% shooting. Which is still excellent for a guy that's ok his mid 30s

This is always my argument when comparing the statistics of todays players with players of the past. In particular the mid to late 90s.
But I think if he played in the late 90s, seeing as how the league played back then. Slow, plodding , post up ball. And there more of an emphasis on defense. I think it's fair to say his ppg would be closer to...

Not surprising... he ruined the thunders ceiling with his antics and ballhoggery. Imagine if the Thunder kept Harden instead going back to 2014... they easily couldve won a ring. Hardens game erupted when he was given full reigns.

If you really want a detailed analysis on the playoff run, I can pretty much write a book about it. Not sure if you're trolling though.

I like his game style. It's like a shorter better shooting Porzingis. He plays the game right. Fluid. Good shooter. I actually think he may be a more important piece over Reddish.
Pick him up Sixers next season. Perfect player for Ben

You are officially Bryon Russell of this era "it was a push off". Congrats on that. Next time don't let Kawhi average 41PPG in 3/4 wins and you might win the series.
And op it was the GOAT run, go watch it again.
