Eye bleed red court, SIX SCOREBOARDS plastered across the top of the screen...my guy Harlan calling this game like it's Game 7....what the ****?
Some bench player on the Bucks hit an open 3 with 9 minutes left in the 4th and you'd think someone hit the game winner by the way the crew is...

"To me, there wasn't much of a difference between the two when it came to the sheer ability to score. Michael has always come off more picks (until they moved him to point guard late in the 1988-89 season), whereas Andrew would...

that's the only likely conclusion given the data.
since there's no record of MJ shooting poorly at 3+ attempts and there's only a massive sample of him shooting well at higher volumes, we can conclude that he would be an elite shooter at today's higher volumes assuming he practiced and improved marginally-above the level that he was already at...

Zero people here think that’s happening….right?
Or do the Magic have believers that this isn’t a massive fluke due to turn into a play in spot any minute now?

why would a GM prefer a guy who can't have great teams regardless of cast over guys that are capable of great teams that win many titles and have perennial favorites?
Lebron is simply overrated - his history of losing and needing astronomical help (and still not having great teams) proves that..

I remember the narrative Perkins and a lot of media folk used last year was that Jokic shouldnt win three MVP's in a row without having won a championship.
I was personally fine with Embiid as MVP last year regardless, because it is a regular season award and he's been a monster there. But that specific justification about "no three in a row,...

Sorry, I'm not giving you that kind of credit for being lazy all year and saving up all your energy for the playoffs. This dude legit doesn't try and lets Jokic carry his ass all year until the playoffs, you can't be called elite if you don't actually bring it every night. People were calling him better than Dame this past offseason ...

"Guard" and "forward" are basically meaningless labels now. We only continue to use them because we inherited them.
Look at Jokic. People classify him as a "center" because of his height but in reality he's also running point. The old rigid definitions of center and guard don't really apply to him, so calling him just a center is actually doing...

The Chicago Bulls have 4 players who were former all stars and averaged more than 20 ppg. But they are the 13th seed in the east. Time to
Start rebuilding. Trade zach lavine or demar derozan for some young talents, and future first round pick. And fire Billy Donovan he can coach in college again.

Ernie, Barkley, Kenny, Shaq, Stephen A, and Wilbon together.
Theyre really trying to make it a big deal.
it appears the teams actually want to win as well. All the stat padding for margin of victory. I saw Tatum complaining teams were running up the scores. It looks like the money is actually making the players care.

I havent seen a lot of Heat games this season but I often notice in the box score Bam leading the team in shots, even in games where Butler and Herro are playing. Which seems counterintuitive since Bam kinda makes Giannis' bag look like a Louis Vuitton.
And it's not like he's just cleaning up lobs and putbacks and scoring on a high %. You look...
