As the days go by, I am more and more convinced the Dallas Mavericks will make the finals. I believe Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic are two of the best isolation players in the game and their formidable pairing will be too much for their western competitors. On top of that, this duo is complemented by what I consider to be an underestimated...

Hey bitch, I have called out both the lakers avy guy and OP, both are mentally ill people that we should not be gassing up. Salty meat balls is right, OP is obsessed with axe.

lol, there'd be a team mutiny by game 30 as the Jazz wouldn't be able to control Rodman who'd probably be balls deep in some married mormon threesome or some other scandal by that point or him losing his mind in "boring ass Utah" and running off to Vegas every other week.

Some good points brought up so far but one very important question not mentioned yet is, put Rodman on the 98 Jazz roster, how. many. ringz?

The Bulls were never that loaded to be frank even.
The Lakers/Pistons/Celtics all had like 5-6 legit scoring threats on the roster, the Bulls had realistically like 3 (Jordan, Pippen, Kukoc).
Losing Grant and Armstrong for the 2nd 3-peat really thinned out their offensive depth that they should have had by the 91-93 teams didn't have...

Jordan couldn't dominate 1980s because he was too young. You need to play several seasons before you get a good roster built around you, hire the right coach, and learn from the experience of losing to improve on your deficiencies (losing fat, gaining muscles, improving skills). Only a few lucky superstars like Magic, Kobe, and Duncan win...

He was good in the 96 playoffs, but in 97 he got outplayed by Bison Dele and in 98 he was a freaking mess at times taking off to go wrestling in the middle of the post season and all kinds of random shit, just a total head case.

He writes in single sentences and argues political points. Jstern just wrote a college essay trying to connect one ish account to another. Its strange behavior and a strange thing to even care about.

I just don't buy your first premise at all. These guys have been fighting tooth and nail to get their cases re-opened and appealed.
You really think they would just not mention that they were being guided through the whole process and set up? That's not a SMALL detail, jesus christ, you keep hand waving this part of it away like it's some...

Even when LeBron was on the Heat, I remember there was lots of discussion on this board and other boards that LeBron at times seemed to not be himself and just seemed "off" and not as explosive athletically for random stretches, which looking back at it now seems like a tell tale sign of cycling on/off PEDs.
I would guess as the years have...

Rodman's Bulls career is very overrated. I remember him more in that time frame wrasslin and marrying himself.
Especially in the playoffs, he underperformed.

It kinda goes both ways, if the Bulls had their shit together and gave Jordan a team as loaded as what Bird had for the Celtics or Magic had for the Lakers, could that team win 70 wins? Potentially sure.
The Bulls suffered due to overexpansion of the league too, they were never that deep especially scoring wise, the Celtics/Lakers/Pistons...

We know LeQuit is a front runner. Whatever position is the safest and requires the least amount of work is the ideal situation for him. But if the Lakers find themselves 11th seed with one or two games left and the season on the line, you can bet your life savings Lebron is already on his way to cancun like the coward he's proven to be the last...

Holding geriatric lebron to the standards of a healthy 31 year old athlete is ridiculous. Don't care how many roids or PEDs he's on, the days are long gone that lebron can give you more than 50 games in a season.

Has there ever been an all star who isn't a starter, sits on the bench, averages 12 pts, 3rbs and 3ast per game?
Its actually really sad that we had to rely on a guy that hasn't even seen the playoffs yet to beat the atrocious Magic with that team...

I think it will be the Bucks vs Suns in a 2021 rematch.
I'd give the Nuggets and Warriors an outside shot as well.
Fun fact, since the 1979 Supersonics no non-Texas/California team from the west has won a championship.

I for real don’t understand the point OP’s trying to make. Kawhi’s 7 years younger and has played 43 total games over the last 2 seasons. I would hope someone his age who’s played so few minutes would look fresher than a 38 year old :lol
