In the Lakers last 2 of the 3 games (against the Bucks and Cavs), he had monster performances where if you watched the game you can without a shadow of a doubt conclude that the Lakers would have lost those games without him.

Imagine how many runnerups Lebron would've gotten if he played in MJ's era, or conference finals losses if they both played in the East. It would have easily surpassed Baylor and West, I see maybe 10. :cry:

Definitely get two major portions of protein a day. In the evenings, make sure the protein is as lean as possible. To drop weight you have to manage carbs well. Get a moderate amount of carbs in early in the day and just restrict yourself to meat and veggies in the evening. No carbs after 3PM. Also, watch the fats after 3pm....not saying zero but...

The Lakers were a dumpster fire that could be seen from outer space after 2010 until this past season. 2018-19 was riddled by injuries and they didn't really have a solid option to help LBJ (like most teams that win a chip have), so they were not going far anyway....
