1000% agree. Bronny got robbed out of the rookie of the year award last year. This year he'll in the running for most improved player along with his dad. The teammates better not rob him of regular season MVP too. I swear, I will have words with that front office.

They've TRIED to redefine things. But the vast majority knows that LeShrivel isn't anywhere near the GOAT conversation. That's why Jordan overwhelmingly wins every GOAT poll out there.
For the minority fringe who say Lebron is the GOAT there are two reaons. Either 1) they are low IQ and don't have the mental capacity to understand the complex...

Only NBA team to beat the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA finals. LeBron's 37 points vs the Spurs in Game 7. Wish they added some younger players in their 2014 NBA roster. Both wade and bosh were kinda tired and washed up in the Miami Heat's 4 straight championship appearance.

Fair assement.
But give Shaq Ben Simmons and give Embiid Kobe and the conversation would be much different.

People easily forget how dominant Shaquille O'Neal was in the early 2000's. 40 points, 24 rebounds, 3 blocks, 4 assists in Game 2. Kobe was injured by Jalen Rose in Game 2. He only played less than 9 minutes in Game 2. Jalen Rose scored 30 points for the Indiana Pacers. Lakers won 111-104.

Anyone worth any sense that saw both of their careers Willem even compare Embiid to Shaq. There is a big difference between statuary dominance and real dominance. Shaq would not be getting stopped in the playoffs by Al Horford. Shaq is an all-time great. Embiid is not.

Shaq won 3 straight rings in 4 finals appearances. That’s a category Embiid can’t talk about. I will say Embiid has played through injuries where many don’t realize or acknowledge it. That said stop crying and show up when it matters most? Like getting the Sixers past rd 2 for once

It used to be very obvious that the point was to win and we judged you based on how well you performed when it mattered most. But Lebron comes along and all of a sudden reality is suspended and we started redefining what greatness is. All of a sudden it doesn't matter how many points per game you score, it only matters how long you play to score...

People still hold onto the 2007 season where Lebron took his team to the Finals, supposedly all by himself. Well, Jimmy Butler took his team to the Finals twice. Giannis took his team to the Finals. Jokic took his team to the Finals. Iverson took his team to the Finals. SGA didn't have any other super duper stars on his team.
But for some...

These arguments are all you got. Well Lebron was 1-8 vs Durant. Golden State and KD was too mighty and powerful for Lebron and his stars, right?

Kobe was injured you either ignorant or disingenuous piece of shit. I know you carry both of those in spades so it’s probably a bit of both.

Your average Gen-Zer doesn’t know that until 2007, Republicans had a pedophile — Dennis Hastert — as Speaker of the House.
Then there’s Roy Moore, Matt Gaetz, and Jim Jordan. All have a pedo scandal.
That’s a pattern.

When Cosby and Weisman were caught being pedos they both claimed illness to try and generate sympathy.
Trump is no whining about his cankles.
Another fake assassination attempt would probably work better.

I wouldn't say definately but he is ranked ahead of Shaq in more categories than you would care to acknowledge.
Shaq is 31st in PPG, Joel is 4th
Shaq is 72nd in Shooting percentage, Joel is 19th
Though that has more to a generation of fanboys who are to caught up in their own childhood to see Shaq for what he really was.
But it's okay...

Regarding Klay Thompson and his first 2015 selection
This is off the top of my head but has there ever been a an All NBA shooting guard that scored under 16 points per game in the Finals? Or if they didn’t make the Finals, a major playoff series? (under league average efficiency too btw)

Are they ever gonna put some talent around this kid in summer league?
Hes been the clear league MVP in Vegas this season, but the team record stinks because the Lakers dont wanna give him any kind of a fuccing squad. How the fucc does this dope Dalton Knecht play worse in summer league than he does in the actual NBA? Make it make sense. Make...

Here's the problem 1987_Lakers... Even if 1 year or 2 or even 3 were WRONG and we just gave them to you to be nice, it still doesn't do anything to favor your argument. Even if we were more nice about this, Lebron still had more failures than Jordan. Are you not getting this?

Using media awards to gauge a player's caliber is the same thing as referencing the opinion of Rachel Nichols and Skip Bayless, aka meaningless argument.
Otoh, the only thing that determines a player's caliber is their quality of PERFORMANCE, and Pippen never played above a Shawn Marion, Iguodala, or Nance level - that's his player type and...

Some stuff was funny. But he had some dry spots which took away momentum. Also think his delivery isn’t smooth. Sounds like he’s reading the jokes off a paper. Not familiar with him as a comedian. First time seeing him was on college gameday when he joked on Saban who was uptight. He seems like a good comedian to host a roast. But again just off...
