depends on which position. for a sg, i always liked mcgrady's physique -- the long, lanky, long arms, quick-ass jumpy type. just out-run, out-reach, out-endure, and out-step everyone during his orlando days. but after seeing lebron's tight end body doing what he's doing, he set a different bar for the speed/strength combo. he's not supposed to be running that fast for that size!?

You aren't supposed to look at just ripped. You have to look at muscle mass with a low BF%, so that would be someone like Corey Maggette, LeBron James, etc, as appose to Ron Artest who is just mass or Sean Williams who is just low fat.
