This my favorite show growing up. I love how it related to practically all of my childhood experiences despite the fact Arnold being from a totally different era. Each episode was something special and had that unique nostalgic feel. What pisses me off is that a DVD box set could not be produced due to the fact that the Joe Cocker song at the beginning has the royalties making it to expensive to produce. I'm glad I was into it enough to tape record them as a child.

one of the best shows ever. that and seinfeld until i found out micheal richards was a ****en racist ********* which makes reruns of seinfeld hard to watch. winnie didn't exactly turn out as hot as some of us would have liked though.

I loved this show. Last summer (2007), ION aired reruns all summer long Monday-Thursday at 9 and 9:30 PM. It was great... I watched the entire show all the way through for the first time since they used to air the reruns on Nick at Nite when I was about 10. It sucks that it hasn't come out on DVD yet. I'd pick up the entire season for sure... one of the only TV shows I'd spend $200 to buy the entire series on DVD.
Another show that I loved growing up was Boy Meets World. I've gotten a few seasons of that on DVD though they stopped making them now.
Edit: I have a DVD recorder now... I wish I had it back in 2007 so I could have recorded them all on DVD. I hope another network decides to air reruns again.

hey man, she looked like a fat ass Pocahontas by the show's end. must have been an awkward stage. i'm sure glad she proved me wrong though. I'm still not too sure though.

well i see you can get all six seasons over P2P, so i'd say you're in luck.
btw, "winnie" turned into an author and mathemetician. she has three interviews on NPR and here's one of them (with another pic):

Strangely enough, I was just thinking about The Wonder Years the other day. First I was watching an episode of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, then I happened to notice the credits said "Fred Savage", and I said "Who the hell is that? Why do I know that name?" and then it all came back to me as lil Kevin.
But apparently he's directly episodes for It's Always Sunny now. :confusedshrug:

Favorite show of all-time.
I copped the 7-season DVD for $42, $20 more with shipping from some Tokyo production service. Maybe i shouldn't admit it online.

My favorite show when I was younger. Very sad last season, **** was real to the core, especially about relationships. Although I guess that's part of what made it a good show; not everyone gets married and lives happily ever after. Winnie is nice, but I always had the hots for his older sister and madeline.

Not only Kevin and Winnie's relationship, but relationships with an older brother, sister, best friends, parents. All touched a more deeper meaning that just surface shyt.

Funny thing, not only does she look good now, shes also some super math genius. I saw her on Jimmy Kimmel show and she has published a couple of math textbooks, and had an solved some ridiculous math equation that got published in an academic math journal.

I noticed that. Pretty steep price tag at $250
I wonder how much it cost them to buy the rights for the song?

The Cocker song wasn't a big problem. It's all the ****ing Beatles. Can't believe they ever released it. The price tag seems a bit low considering the music rights involved. I just assumed it would never come out in its entirety on Blu Ray.
