I don't understand how people don't like beers as generic as Miller Lite. All of those (Bud Light, Coors Light, Miller Lite, etc) just taste like beer-flavored water anyway. If you don't like Blue Moon, or something, then I can see your beef, but I've always thought that people who actively dislike one of the major mainstream generic one-size-fits-all beers are fulla shit.

Oh, so what you're saying is that it's not ML in particular, it's any of those generic light beers.

Gotcha, that makes sense. It's just that I know people who swear by Bud Light and think Coors Light is disgusting and won't touch it. It's insane and I never understood it. I phrased my previous post pretty poorly, now that I look at it.

I realized that not too long ago. I remember giving primetime a bad time for drinking Bud light and not drinking Coors Light. They really are all the same.

Hardly. A sixer of Coors Light is like $5.75, Pacifico is maybe $6.50-$7. I'll gladly pay the extra dollar for a good beer.

jager is one of the only things that I can drink straight from the bottle and still actually enjoy. Sounds like a good way to spend a friday afternoon in my book.

Although I usually go for a 12 pack of PBR for $6.75!!

Give me a nice warm natty light on a 100 degree day in the summer with the barbeque going and I'm straight.

I'm from Spain so American beers aren't common here, but last time I was in NY I tried several brands and Sam Adams was my favourite.

Most college students don't purchase six-packs of beer. If you get a case of 20 or 24, suddenly that's more like three or four dollars cheaper, which, if you're a college student, adds up. Personally I usually just go for 18 bottles of High Life for $10. $5 saved on beer feeds me for a day.
