Are you serious? If I were forced to describe Valuav's fighting style, 'damn good' would not be a phrase anywhere near my lips.

He was outboxed and out-pointed by John Ruiz twice and given gift decisions in both. Remember... Ruiz is the guy that made it a habit of losing to washed up middleweights (Toney and Jones).

Valuev would be a 7-foot punching bag if the heavyweight division weren't in shambles right now. He has very little skill and/or punching power, especially considering his size.

A few years ago, I would have thought of this as a really awful thing, but my POV has changed. The man loves to box. He's a "fighter," in every sense of the word, so I can see a certain nobility in him selecting this aberrant form of suicide. He and anyone else should have the right to end their life, if they chose, and he has decided that if he can't be the best heavyweight boxer on the planet, he may as well be dead. I respect that, even if I find that kind of mentality somewhat insane.
