Outside of Pikachu (I don't think he counts since he was also the most highly marketed), probably Ekans. My name reppy is actually a sort of pseudo nickname (does that even make sense?) for my original nickname of "reptile". Of course, someone always used the name "reptile", particularly a gay guy, so I was always some variant of "reptile". People started calling me "reppy" and it stuck. The name "reptile" was from my love of the character Reptile from Mortal Kombat .. plus I did enjoy reptiles in general at that age.

I felt really old awhile ago. I'm in my Japanese class (college), and the teacher put up a Pokemon poster on the wall. (All the characters' names are written in Hiragana and Katakana, so it is good reading practice.) Some kid starts talking about Pokemon and says, "Man, I remember when Pokemon came out when I was in 3rd grade! It was so cool!" **** like that makes you feel old without them every intending it to.

Umbreon is the GOAT pokemon. He evolves from Eevee, but only during the night. He is the games only pure dark type pokemon, and is the most evil pokemon in the game. I only played the videogame, so I don't know his reputation in the card/tv show, but he is nearly impossible to beat in the video game.

Umbreon has an Insane high defense and HP, but very little attacking power. He also has the most evil move set in the game. He traps you, poisons you, then waits for you to slowly die as he heals himself with moonlight. Amazingly deadly with no offensive weapons.

Lullaby-puts them to sleep and thus cant attack...gives extra 2-3 moves
Confuse Ray-hinders them even more...gives you about 1-3 extra moves on top of lullaby
