I would have never known that was supposed to be GI Joe unless it said so...
except for Snake Eyes vs. Storm Shadow
Snake vs. Storm did give me a nostlgic woody, I have to admitt...
I think I had those two action figures fighting over 100 times as a kid...

But my favorite of all time was the fridge

I think it took 4 or 5 guys to fight with the Fridge when I played these toys...

I'm gonna have to pass on this one.
Hollywood destroying my childhood memories with craptastic remakes to cater to a generation that did not grew up with subject matter.
I rather pay to see this again on the big screen. Not this dog doo doo they tryin to pass as GI Joe.

I don't remember him looking like that...
was there not a version of him where the lower half of his body was an actual snake?
or maybe I am thinking of something else...

it is amazing what some of the vintage toys are selling for:

the aircraft carrier is $12,000.00

I remember a friend that had the Aircraft Carrier... His parents were somewhat rich.
That thing was expensive back in the day... That's why nobody had it.
And it took up half your bedroom

I found the commercial.
That toy is gigantic.

i was huge on these toys too, star wars action figures, GI joe, and transformers were the three toys that most defined by boyhood.
My buddy worked on the movie and he says it's going to be absoulte sh*t, i think the three best summer blockbusters come out this month, still, no way i'm not going to dip in to see this in august, it'll be fun to get baked and go see even if it's no good.
