Alright, teens who are more height deficient, please dont give up cause I read in an article that you can, for guys still grow till the early 20's while for girls the late teens.
Ive been measuring my height every now and then.
When I was 16 I was only 167-8cm about 5'6 ( Go ahead call me a midget )
Now im 19 ( almost 20 ) and im 174 cm ( 5'8.5 ) ( A more average height )
And you might been thinking that 2.5 inches isnt alot but, it IS in fact ALOT. For you basketball fanatics, let me put it this way. At 6'6 you are a protoype shooting guard. minus 2.5 inches though and you're 6'3.5. A tall point guard or a tweener shooting guard at best.
Also, another fact is that I had already reached puberty at 10. ( yeah I had pubic hair at 10 ) so I had always thought I wont be able to grow once I reached mid teens but I was wrong.

I havent added a inch to my height since I was in 9th grade and I'm 22 years old right now! The only thing that has grown is my ***** size which grew a whopping one and one/fourth of a inch over the past year. My Docter told me that it was due to my constant eating of processed food and that I will probably reach my max length in a year or two. I am now proud to show off my man-slab to the other guys at the gym. No more taking a shower with my swim trunks on. I'm a MAN and I'm proud of the heat I'm packing.

5'6'' at 18 years old......
Damn. I must be the shortest one here.
I'm 5'7 and 21, I would say you most likely got a bit of growth left.
I most likely won't grow any taller but who cares I'm happy with my looks and build so can't have it all:rockon:

Up until about a month ago, I was 6'3.5 and I hadn't grown in almost a year. Then I measured myself about a month ago and I was 6'4, exactly. I thought I had stopped growing, but apparently not. Hopefully I can add another inch or two.
I'm 18.

174CM is an average height for covering the whole world or US?
If for the US I kinda doubt it,haha.

I'm 14 and 5'9.5. We stop growing at 21, usually, so that means I have more 7 years to grow. For a Filipino and at this age, that's already tall.:oldlol:

in great britain, "realized" is spelled with an "s", so it is "realised" not "realized." bet you never knew that.

I feel slightly smarter now that I knew that. The only reason I do know it though is because I downloaded Rosetta Stone and was messing around with the different languages and I still remember English (UK)'s variation of the spelling.

Kind of like how Canadians spell defense as "defence" and center as "centre"? Just because its technically correct doesn't mean we Americans cant point and laugh. :pimp:

Lol at 5-8. Reminds me of Will from Fresh Prince, "Average height for a woman".
I'm like 5-11, 5-8 seems a lot shorter.

I've been 17 since January and I'm 6'3. I just recently had to purchase new sized kicks,(14s) so I'm sure I may be able to sprout a couple more inches. I went through puberty early also(mustache is 6th grade) and I was barley 5'2 at the time. Had a huge spurt in 8th grade and last year, so I bassically went from the shortest to one of the tallest/mid. Now if I could only gain more weight......

ive been growing at a very slow rate since about junior year of high school. i was 5'5 or so freshman year of HS, than spurted to 5'11 junior year. since i've grown on average like .25 inch per yr, im like 6'0 flat right now, my doc seems to think i will grow in small amounts like that for another 2 years or so.
