Good you posted before I was going to post mine. :pimp:
Anyways Go Lakers, I hope Gasol starts rebounding and Odom starts playing like he did in Games 1 and 2.
Kobe needs to go "Black Mamba" Mode in the 2nd half not the 1st half.
:pimp:

His black mamba mode the first part of game 3 was scary^^
Aaaanyway. I'm kinda hoping for a magic win to make this a better series.

I've got the Lakers winning Game 4. They tend to bounce back from a loss fairly well.

Kobe needs to once again re-prove himself the way he did after an atrocious game 3 against Utah. He came out in "Black Mamba" mode for that game 4. He has to do that tonight, because after a spectacular game 1, he's been pedestrian for Kobe standards ever since that game. I want his pedal to the metal on the offensive aggression meter. I want him looking to get his, and play his game. Which is score, and hold no remorse about doing just that. Once Kobe gets off, it makes the Lakers so much more difficult to defend.

The Lakers remember Game 4 from last year and will use that to motivate themselves. Kobe will have the best game of his Finals playoff career.

Just get Gasol more touches and we win the game easily. Kobe shouldn't take more than 10-15 shots. I feel good about this game. LA's going up 3-1.

Magic win by 20 tonight and win the series in 6. I just have a good feeling about Orlando.......... then again, I'm a Knicks fan, and every year I go into the season thinking New York will achieve a winning record... so yea... my judgement has been known to be off sometimes.

Expecting another choke from Kobe tonight. Game 3 has gotta be in his head and now the monkey on his back has returned (to avoid another finals choke). As we all have seen, Kobe isn't exactly the most reliable player when facing a mental challenge or any kind of adversity (blew 3-1 lead, 2 finals chokes and counting). Gasol/Odom have to shoot a lot more shots combined than Kobe if the Lakers want to win tonight.
Sriracha
06-11-2009, 08:06 PM
Kobe is going to deliver tonight with an epic performance, MJ like I would say. He's probably mad that he choke in game 3 but will slowly swallow today so that won't happen again. This would help if he stop sticking his tongue out, all that does is make it difficult for him to swallow.
GO LAKERS!!!!!

I can't say enough about the offense of the Magic. The Magic have great ball movement and their inside out game is working to perfection. It's beautiful basketball, PERIOD.
On the other hand; the Lakers offense is great too based off of Kobe being Kobe and hustle plays. The first six minutes is in favor of the Magic though. If fact, the Magic should be up a little bit more. I have a feeling this is going to be a pretty good game.

I agree, but we'll use the same excuse you guys do. "It's home cooking. Every team gets calls at home."
The difference is, the Magic can handle it, have been doing so their entire playoff run. The Lakers don't know how to act. That's why Magic will drag.

Don't worry, hopefully kingsfan will help us out later. This could be a make up for Game 2 for all I know. These refs nowadays are shady. But the Lakers are also playing very dumb. They think they can match the Magic's defensive intensity and that's just not possible when they are fired up.

The game isn't being called poorly. It's just the homer in you. Not trying to insult you, but emotions run high when your favorite team is in the finals. It looks much worse to you than it does to the unbias eye.

False. Up until the fourth of game 2, when the game was close. Then Kobe got three straight calls to get the momentum back. The first game wasn't close enough to give to the Lakers.

You need to take 2 of those away from you guys. Kobe FORCED 2 fouls and the refs HAD to call it. His pump fake where lee landed on him and Peitrus' hands on kobe when kobe went up and around.
Those fouls dont count because they absolutely HAD to be called.
I just want the refs to stop calling ticky tack fouls so we can see everyone playing.

If it didn't take a Game 1 WTF are you doing Orlando Magic! slap in the face to wake SVG's team up... I wonder who'd be in favor of this series right now?
