I've always gotten a kick out of idiot characters from TV shows for comic relief. To name a few:


- Jazz from the Fresh Prince "How you doing Mr Banks? (followed by a smart remark), "UUUGGH"

- Waldo from The Urkel Show

- Woody from Cheers

- Detective Hauk from The Wire - A big time fuqqup cop. Lucked up and became a sgt only because he happened to catch the mayor getting a blow job and kept his mouth shut about it, only to get kicked off the force because he misplaced a govt owned camera.

I actually always thought that Kramer seemed smarter than everyone else. Like, any time someone had a problem, Kramer always told them how to solve it. Granted, the solutions were always absurd, but they seemed to work out well for him.
