Hey fellas, i joined a fantasy football league with my friends and I don't really know sh*t about football, I thought Larry Johnson and Ladian Tomlinson were still the big sh*t guys to take early on. Obviously I'm a little out dated. Who are the consensus early pick running backs this season in fantasy drafts?

it's a cbs league so touchdowns and total yards are the most important categories.

Yeah, Peterson would be a good pick for #1. Jacobs, Portis, and Slaton also for RB. I'm iffy on Forte. I wouldn't take him early. I'm not quite sold on Turner, but he'll go early. I wouldn't take MJD early, but he's consistent enough for someone to take him early. He could go in the top 5. Moss, TO, Wayne, Jennings, Calvin & Andre Johnson, Fitz, Boldin, Steve Smith for WRs. Brady, Rivers, Peyton Manning, Warner, and Brees for QBs. More RBs - LT, D. Williams, Chris Johnson, and Gore. Also Rodgers for QB since he has a couple targets to throw to.

The odds of studs getting hurt in preseason are much lower than regular season anyways so don't see the big deal.

A guy can injure an ACL in camp or preseason and be done for the year after you have drafted him. Happens every year. Like I said, not smart. Any leagues drafting AFTER preseason?

Black Joker's already shown up. Not trying to pressure you or anything, but chatzy's basically an essential part of all these fantasy leagues that we do. To be fully in it, chatzy is pretty necessary
