haha that was hilarious. he has dunked in a few games before...most notibly against the houston rockets...

funny story: tony parker and tim duncan have an on going bet...for every parker dunk, duncan has to give tony $100, and for every duncan three, parker has to give duncan $100.

So they should both end up with zero dollars.

duncan hits a few threes during the season anywhere from 2-6 during the course of his career. parker gets a few dunks in as well but not alot. its just something to pass the time and have fun during a long season.

It was a couple of weeks ago, when the Spurs played a couple of games in my hometown, Paris. That was funny, yeah. TP even missed dunks during summer Nike in Paris. Nothing really new. That doesn't stop him from being one the best PG in the league and an All Star player

My favorite part of the clip is Bruce Bowen right behind Tony.

:confusedshrug: I don't think it's that bad. He's what 6'1", I think it's more pathetic watching the Wallaces screw up 1-handed dunks at their height.

Oh, I think he's going to play it safe by sticking with his layups, no one likes being stuffed by the rim like that. That must of been embarrassing for him. Nice try I guess???

You don't see Nate Robinson mess up, but I get your point, not everyone is going to be able to dunk.

at least he had the guts to try. btw, Don't be surprised to see a bibby dunk this season, 18 pounds lighter, more hop in his step

yeah, Tony is no "dunker", not a huge suprise. Funny none the less.

I could be mistaken, but I think this game was in France. Parker was really trying to satisfy the crowd, apparently they were very very eager to see him play (chanting his name for much of the game).

I agree though, this doesn't compare to some near 7 footer missing an easy dunk. That's just pathetic.

edit: nvm, I think this was the game against Maccabi.

True, that did take some balls to attempt that.

Wonder Bread Kid

He broke his finger in his right had (the finger is not permanetly bentat an angle) so it's no surprise he missed the dunk, not too mention he needs a lot of energy/strengh to dunk and in that game he was going all out for the crowd.

What's really funny is seeing Bruce Bowen have a hard time dunking.

he had to have been tired or hurting because in the houston game he cocked that ball back farther than that and slammed that B**ch down!

They are up by 12 late in the 4th quarter and the bench and crowd explode when he dunks, pretty obvious it's a rarity.
