Not intended to ish on Mamba's topic but these are the Kobe 2's, scanned from a catalog pic. It's going to have the full length zoom air sockliner (like in the Flightposites, where the insole is zoom air) and something new NIke is calling natural motion pods and retail at 139.99$ I don't like them so much but don't hate them from this pic, expect NIke as always to tweak them a bit more before we finally see them in stores.

These the LeBron 4's, you can get them at eastbay.com now for 149.99. They are foamposite with full length zoom air unit, probably heavy because of it. I like them but they remind me too much of this cheapass shoe called the Pureposites. I saw a pic of LeBron wearing his in practice somewhere.

Reebok Answer 10 Pumps,. Seriously, Reebok needs to just stop. That's why they have so much trouble signing basketball players to long term deals even though they are known to offer the most money. You have to wear ***** like this and then the guys who do sign with them (like Jason Richardson) are known for trying to sneak into Niketown's unnoticed and stay rocking fresh white on whites (Air Force 1's).

The Kobes are okay IMO, the LeBrons look like space shoes I think, the Iversons are god awful IMO, and I don't like the colors on the TMacs.

dont like the kobes, i like the lebrons but not that color way, i like the t macs, and i thought i hated the iversons but then i saw iverson wearing them on tv and they didnt look as bad.. i want to see them in person.

The Kobes and Tmacs are both pretty nice, but Lebrons and Ai's shoes are freaking ugly. Anyone actually going to buy those Lebrons?

I will buy the LeBron's when they eventually fall to sub 79 either via coupon or just go on sale. Posite shoes are some of the best shoes to hoop in period. They suck initially because the foamposite is really stiff and they're heavy, but once you break them in they literally mold to your foot moreso than a basic leather or composite shoe and it has zoomair insoles which are good because you can take them out and use them to improve other shoes.

On eastbay it said the lebrons weigh at 27.8 oz, hopefully its an error.

My fav. colorway is the silver/white, the 3m material is nice

Lebron's shoe is UGLY. T-Mac and Ivy have the nicest, although T-Mac 6 White version is pretty ugly.

The 21 PE's are nice, Ray Allen is wearing them right now. I'd like to see them in black. I saw a pic of Jordan in the 22s too, garbage.

Trying to factor in new shoe technology has really taken away from the style of the shoes in todays game. Last year was cool when it was more about simplicity and rertoing. Now its like who can put the most gadgets on. But wait till the shoes come out. Sometimes it's all about trying them on.

Nah the Kobes don't have posite, I was saying they have the removable zoom air sockliner (insole) like the Flightposites do. I don't have alot of shoes really, I have a black pair and a white pair of Nike Air Max Formidable lows that I wear casually then to hoop in I got some And 1 Open Run Mids, Adidas KG 1, and Nike Shox Certified. No real rhyme or reason as to how I decide which pair to grab on the way to the gym everyday, sometimes just whichever matches my gear better, sometimes just grab a pair because I haven't worn them a while, it's totally random.

Yeah the navy is ok, but I have the USA 20.5.5's and they rock. They are great to play in, but not the most comfortable shoe. They are great though for wide footed people like me. They have great traction and the straps aren't a problem

When I first saw them I thought lebron 4's were super ugly, but its just that black/white red trim colorway. The red/white ones and the navy/white ones look sick.

Just bought the grey/black/nylon green ones yesterday for 40 at Finishline. Comfortable shoe.

As for Marbury's, I was close to gettin them, but just couldn't bring myself to do it.

I never considered the Marbury's because they are ugly to me, but I did buy the Starbury boots for 9.98 as well as would cop those Cyclones (the grey ones that look like New Balance's) if they ever had my size. I was in the same bout with Starbury Crossovers (AF1 Lookalike's), I tried them on and kept looking at them and was like, 9.98, but in the end I just couldn't do it for some reason.

Twiens, the Shox Leapers are going to be one of Nike's premier shox basketball shoes this season. I believe even Vince is going to be wearing them. So far, all I have seen in them is Tayshaun and Dupree or the Pistons.

Nice, thanks. Is it true wearing shox increases chances of rolling your ankle. Never worn shox before, but thats what my friend was telling me.

The Uptempo Stutter Step. They are a very low end shoe, in fact they literally sell them at JcPenney's and they're buy one get one half off so you could get two pair for 105.
