Sadly, my laptop's print screen feature isn't working. I am not sure why. Why can't I just press the print screen key to perform that stupid function!? If I could I would have had tons of print screens already (and posted one already lol).

I was trying to find a background to match my XP noir visual style (along with Winamp). I think all I did was Google "XP Noir Wallpaper" or something along those lines with a image search and that came back.

Glasses/contacts are not an option? That's a terrible res, especially when you're using a monitor that's greater than 1080p.

I'm not that blind, I just prefer that resolution the most.

I have apps that are really hard to see if I have a higher resolution, and it makes it hard for me to use them. So I NEED that resolution to make it easier for me to work.

Anything higher and its nearly impossible for me to use them at times. And I'm using a laptop, not an external monitor. My external monitor to watch movies is a 36 inch tv that I hook up to my macbook. Making the resolution higher makes it even more impossible to use for me.

I can read sh!t, but its hard to click on the knobs, arrows, etc.etc.

I know what you're saying, I hesitate to gravitate to "full HD"(lol) or even past that for the same reason. You should probably just buy a different monitor.

I love HD for movies and games, but for everything else it can be annoying. And yeah, you can lower the resolution or zoom in on the text, but it always looks weird.

The text isn't the problem, its the clicking that I have to do that becomes annoying, since everything is small.

Like you said.... I can always increase the font, but I don't need HD to surf the web or use the apps that I'm using.

I used to have my Macbook hooked up to my tv all the time, but it really got annoying. Now I prefer the Macbook, no need for such large real estate for what I do.... only good for watching movies or certain tasks.
