The guy that plays Matt Saracen is leaving so FNL will suck :( And One Tree Hill might suck too because Lucas and Peyton. Atleast we still have Brooke :D

Yeah, that's the thing that holds FNL back for me some, is that the characters leave or whatever. Which is realistic in the context of the show, but still. Haha, I was disappointed they were leaving too, CMM wanted too much $ and the creator HAS to have Lucas and Peyton together, so he wrote her off too. But IDC too much as Nathan and Brooke are my favorite characters lol.

I did, in-fact, read the title, but I had just clicked on the thread and started making lists, and then I realized it was titled BEST and not FAVORITE, so you are completely correct. I was just too lazy to change them. And to answer your question, no, ITB2 is not in the galaxy of being one of the best movies I have ever seen. I just like the actors (Because they were in other things) and since I liked the first one, I ended up liking the second one.

I usually don't like heckling people for their taste in music/movies/literature but his list is insane.

It's little wonder that Hollywood continues to churn out ****ty movies when you have retards who think that "You, me and Dupree" is one of the greatest movies they've ever seen.

im glad to see there are some reasonable voices in this thread. seems some people just scarf down whatever crap is on the WB. is there still the WB?

anyway, regarding tv shows, how the hell can the majority of you not recognize the jewish ingenuousness of seinfeld and curb your enthusiasm. im surrounded by borderline anti-semites, but we all praise the profundity of these shows.

seriously though, early/mid simpsons is better than anything that will ever be on television. excuse me if they follow a semblance of a plot and story arch. i'm not a bitter old fogy, i just respect timeless shows.

on a side note, i expect many of us are males with adequate amounts of testosterone. we like pretty women. but i dont see how a heterosexual can become wrapped up in shows like one tree hill and the like. what is the appeal? for those who like the 1 hour drama, i always liked the extremely underrated Six Feet Under. that show is about as emo as i get.

i love most jewish entertainers and have had only 1 very good jewish friend...i went over his house during passover, it was wonderful, they were a very accepting family and baked some good chicken. but my father is muslim and even if he has inherent clash with jews, we don't hate them or deny the holocaust. interestingly enough, my catholic mom dislikes jewish people for the traditional sentiments, "they run the country, they only associate with each other" etc.

however, i also have some friends who ardently oppose U.S. foreign policy towards Israel, i have dated an egyptian girl, and i like jewish jokes. i also like racial jokes, and other offensive jokes.

jewish people are cool i guess, i just am not exposed to enough to hate them or like them. i mean come on though, they are like 1.8% of our population, they are doing pretty damn good in this melting pot... its a little disproportionate. but who am i to judge.

Actually, I read a lot, I play tons of sports, and I live in FL, so I'm tan. I just sleep ~6 hours a day, so at night, especially during the school year, I have time to kill, so I watch TV shows and I generally read in the morning when waking up since I wake up before all my friends. Durign the summer I really don't watch much TV at all because I'm home and I go out and such. And yeah, I know, I didn't think of the title best, I just put my favorite TV shows/movies down and I had almost finished my list when I realized it, and I just said **** it. I knew I was going to get flamed, but whatever lol. The opinion of people I don't know means little to me.

this has basically dropped everything i've ever watched down a point. neveer seen anything so epic. i mean talk about evolving, multifaceted storyline. amazing drama, okay action, but damn the acting and script was sick. i've been in movie/tv show depression since everything else feels second rate :(

too bad its probably too foreign for most people to watch in subtitles and too out of most peoples norms(azn movie). best tv series i've ever seen tho.
