When I tire of the drivel on the main board it's refreshing to come into the OTC and experience something totally unexpected. If you look beyond the abrasiveness that comes with posting on a testosterone laden site, it can be quite intriguing.

But that's not the issue at hand here. You and I both know we've hardly ever conversed, and when we have, they were far from hard-boiled arguments with one poster coming away the victor. But you want to talk about me? Sure, let's do that.

I don't front on my rap music knowledge. I'm well aware there's a lot I haven't listened to, and I'm more than happy for that to be the case - I ain't gonna run out of music for a LONG time. I pity those who complain that they have nothing to listen to, when I can flat out guarantee that I could name a few dozen hip hop albums that they haven't heard, and that they'd probably love. And I would admit that I haven't heard a number of those albums either - they're on the list, sitting and brooding, until I get a chance to take a peek. OB4CL is there. Organized Konfusion was there until a few weeks ago, and they've still got two others to go through. You wanna talk Dan the Automator? I'm pumped to check out the other Handsome Boy album, because I've only ever heard the debut. Should be great. I've never really bothered to bump De La, but I'll probably be checking them out soon as well. Along with a plethora of jazz-rap and classic rock and indy pop, I'm never going to run out of new music, because I'm always coming across stuff on the net and amongst friends that I add to my ever expanding "to-do" list.

You've listened to more rap than me - now why the **** would that ever bother me in even the slightest? You've got about 8 years on me, and I haven't even been peeping hip hop for that long. Although with that said, I have listened to my fair share of hip hop, and I'd be more than happy to chat about the stuff I have heard and loved. Because it's all ****ing fantastic music. Your own homeboy Kool Keith and his Octagon included (although I will regret to inform you that Deltron > Octagon). Dooom is also on my list, one of the reasons being that you've toted it for so long. It'll have a hard time impressing me more than Oct, but we'll see.

And I would admit that I haven't heard a number of those albums either - they're on the list, sitting and brooding, until I get a chance to take a peek. OB4CL is there. Organized Konfusion was there until a few weeks ago, and they've still got two others to go through. You wanna talk Dan the Automator? I'm pumped to check out the other Handsome Boy album, because I've only ever heard the debut. Should be great. I've never really bothered to bump De La, but I'll probably be checking them out soon as well. Along with a plethora of jazz-rap and classic rock and indy pop, I'm never going to run out of new music, because I'm always coming across stuff on the net and amongst friends that I add to my ever expanding "to-do" list.

A lot of people have you pinned down at this place. Your first and only resort when told that you're wrong is proclaiming that people like you more than whoever you're arguing with, and that they should just leave the board. It's a pretty lame go-to move.

You don't just have good music taste for the sake of having good movie taste though - as some ISHiots have claimed. That's actually pretty impossible to do. You know your music and movies, but you don't articulate yourself overly well, and it's hard to say whether you get much out of watching film, apart from the bare enjoyment of watching them. You never really go into very much detail, and that leads me to believe that you might not have much to go into detail about.

You were a bit torn up on how you should act when JDG started (playfully) playing the d-bag toward you. Whether to laugh it off or go back hard at him. When you tried the latter, it never really went over. Although the whole Miley/Jonas > Lex Zep thing got tired really fast.

Sometimes when you're listening to music with your headphones, you hum to yourself, and it can get really annoying.

I completely agree on not articulating myself well. Other than that, I completely disagree on everything else. Just because I don't always offer a detailed opinion, doesn't mean I don't have one. I've always been like that. I'll say whether I like something or not, but I don't really like to go into it. Unless I absolutely love something, then I won't shut up.

As for jdg, he can say what he wants about Zeppelin, I know he's wrong and he's admitted he doesn't even listen to them, so what does he know? Same. I've argued with people about random topics but some of the dudes here have a legit hate for each other. There's a lotta people I've targeted over the years purely for fun (J-Fresh, Mathius, Cartmanclone, Bruinlove and most recently Supersmashbros) but I don't have a PROBLEM with any of them. I sadly fall under the same guise, though. Then again, I refuse to work for minimal wage...until I have to...otherwise, screw that...the only job I wanted to have (or use to have) a call-center. Any other low-paying job is out of question because they are either too boring and unrewarding.

How did I miss this thread back in the day? Yeah there's been some devolution in both Starface and LOJ. I'm surprised no one mentioned the fact that Rufus and LOJ know each other IRL. It explains the white knighting.

I dont think I ever knew that. I did know they were both carolina hillbillies. So, what happened yesterday with starface? Did he flounce?

Starface accused LoJ of being J$. So ludicrous that I think he may come back telling everyone he was only playing. Either that or he has completely lost the plot and is still suffering from PTSS from his mind raping.

Looking through this thread however Starface hasn't changed a bit, still the same canned prefab lame ass attempts at wit along with the same set plays (leaving the forum in a blaze of insults). Totally ignorant to yet another bit of sad irony in his life.

It never ceases to amaze me how people can get in blood feuds like this on the internet over absolutely nothing.

It doesn't even have to be a forum liek this, 95% of youtube comment pages have at least one endless and fruitless flamewar.

What do people get out of insulting and arguing with people they don't know over the internet?

There should be a thing where people who have epic e-thugging/childish insult matches can meet in real life, in a controlled environment, and beat the shit out of each other. Like make a reality show out of it. When an e-war gets out of hand, you should be able to challenge that person to a real-life fight. Like very city could have one, a boxing club where strangers who get in bitter arguments over the internet can meet up and settle it like men.

It would solve so many problems.
