This guy was great. Hilarious on SNL and in all his movies.

Question is how good do you think he was? Lets just go outta ten for how funny. Not ranking him to other cats or anything.

BTW I remember the day he died some c*nt called into the radio station that was talking about it and said something like "Im glad that fat bastard is dead, he was a waste of flesh and the world is better without him" with more profanity.

Farley is in it but Mr. Belvedere Fan Club (http://www.poetv.com/video.php?vid=27555)- is my favorite Phil Hartman moment

he is one of the funniest ever until the end when he came out with beverly hills ninja and that flick with matthew perry (forget what it was called but i think it was a western-type comedy). i think he was high when he made those movies (seriously).

besides TB and BS, he was GREAT as the bus driver in billy madison and as the guy in dirty work when the saigon whore bit his nose off lol

I love in tommy boy when he is trying to get breakfast at a diner and he push's the muffins together. The waitress just looks at him and says, "god you're sick". So many classic moments in his movies.

His SNL sketches are the GOAT of TV comedy.

His movies had some funny moments and all, but aren't classics overall.

He was better in other people's movies (hilarious as the Bus Driver in Billy Madison).

Definetely overall the goat of Fat Angry Man comedy.

Does anyone remember that SNL clip, where Chris Farley is at SeaWorld, and he is sitting with a large amount of people and he is the only one getting wet?

My favorite farley movie moment was in tommyboy wen him and david spade were in the diner after they lost a big sponsor or something. Farley goes on to explain how he sucks at negotiations and he starts going crazy

This guy was funny.
Sad he died with all the drug overdose and drinking. He still could of made hilarious movies, had a lot more potential.

9/10 Everything he did was hilarious. The movies aren't that funny sometimes, because its really not him, its the script. But on SNL, any sketch he's in is so funny.

The Patrick Swayze/Farley Chippendale's skit is one of the best ever. That was kinda the first sketch that made Farley famous.

Not funny at all.
His whole bit was, "Look At Me! I'm A Screaming Fat Boy!"

Loved him on SNL and "Tommy Boy". Could still make you laugh, even without his trademark histrionics.

And he was amazing at that.

hardly anybody looks good as a discovered corpse, franchise#3. for example, how good do you yourself think you'll look when you've been freshly killed...?

but YES it's true, this man had some deep insecurities which led to overcompensation and self-abuse with food and drugs, as i think rondoooo was saying.

yet even with that level of pain, he was remarkably honest and self-humorous all the way... yet still as daring as the most daring mofo you can conceive of. are you saying now that is just nothing...?

listen to the jay mohr piece and THEN tell me the guy didn't have king kong's balls.
