Best performance by child actor/actress:

You have to replace one of your nomanee's with Christian Bale in Empire of the Sun.

It really is his greatest movie.

It really is his greatest movie.

I have him as honorable mention. It is really a great performance and I considered having it. Dunno I guess the others just affected me a little more. I really like character driven plots that rely more on people than surroundings.

I love that "The Cadillac of the Skies!!" scene. Leon, Slingblade, Bicycle Thief are some of my favorite films so it's prolly more personal. Dakota was brilliantly enchanting and Rick was just one that stands out from way back.

I don't know why you hate that movie so much.

It was good.

Not great, Not decent.... It was a solid film.

If those actors had real NFL logos on their helmets you would of probably thought this was the greatest movie ever.

Stand By Me would probably be the one I'd pick though Trainspotting would be a bit higher than pt has it. Yeah, maybe some people who have seen more stuff could add/improve the list.

How has Bill Pullman's motivational speech in Independence Day not menioned?

And for the category of best sequel after part 3:
Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol
Fast 5
Rocky IV
Lethal Weapon 4
Star Wars Episode III (unless we get to count Star Wars Episode V :D )

I'd also like to throw in Casino for best movie that is narrated, but the winner has to be Shawshank Redemption.
