How long before you report someone missing?

I haven't been able to get a hold of my mom for 10 hours. She is not picking up her phone which she always does. I've texted her numerous times. The only thing I can think of is she went off to the casino again without telling me (because I highly disapprove). But my calls are reaching her phone usually it goes straight to voicemail if she is at a casino.

The only thing I'm holding onto is cops haven't knocked on the door so I think they went gambling again. This **** sucks when they can't even leave a message or text or something.
