yup. Remember when Lohan made Mean Girls and was the hottest girl on the planet? Fell hard and fast. Bynes was just a very steady linear improvement over time, just had to grow up. Duff was always just mediocre, although she made an impressive (read: well-nigh pornographic) showing in War, Inc.

If those are implants at least they're not garish. She'd still be hot if she were thinner in the chest. I like her for her frame and face and the fact that she hosted The Amanda Show.
