Doesn't HAVE to be rap actually...Anyways I am having trouble sleeping again and I usually make a playlist to sleep on but I overplayed my songs already.

I have used:

Eminem- Hailies Song (Drums are kinda strong actually)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_l3aPiHDnI

Eminem- If I Had
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vI6bSRObnnE

Clipse- Nightmares
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAd-rj24rdQ

Clipse- Virginia
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FEP_HRsDYhk

Drake- Winter Come
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBEaj_cHNy8

Jay-Z - Regrets
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F3ifsQOFiPw

Better songs for sleeping (AKA Would like songs like these below)

Nas- Still Dreaming
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVN_X9cdLFY

and the GOAT sleeping song
The Game-Letter to the King Featuring Nas
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5vjA7Mc0x4U

I have also become infamous for using various songs from Maroon 5 and Amy Winehouse.

Why dont you listen to instrumentals V-unit?

I was thinking of making a thread asking for instrumentals but I wasn't sure if I could get good responses for that. I should get the instrumentals of regular songs I guess though...Good idea.

man, those reflection eternal + juggaknots tracks just took me back to five years ago. emotions flooding back and sh*t. i wish talib still sounded like that (his tone is so coarse now). the juggaknots? one of my favourites. 'clear blue skies' was my soundtrack to a summer. i remember snoozing to that track on hot afternoons with my feet dangling into pools.

damn i feel old.

Another recommendation: Songs with a lot strings in the background ease me to sleep too. I love a song with violins in it. Pianos/Harps too.

hah yea the juggaknots, of course. Clear blue skies is my ****. Saw them like 3 years back at the Trocadero in Philadelphia and they performed it. No one was there, though, I felt bad and the crowd was definitely not feeling them after they yelled "fukc the eagles." Great concert overall which featured Pharoahe Monch if i remember correctly.

I can't fall asleep to any rap music. Maybe some old school Bone or something along the lines of that. Usually I'll throw on some R&B and just pass out. Come to think of it, it's 12:44 and I got **** to tomorrow.
