Well, we have a few kinda popular celebrities, although local, only. There's this one guy who graduated from my school and he used to show up in all the PLDT myDSL commercials before. I think he's currently in a drama series here. There's another girl who's a theatre performer now and she played the lead female role (if I remember right) in a Sweeney Todd recreation.

Juges8932

Meh. Probably a 9 in terms of real people, but compared to an actor/model I'd say 6.

In all honesty she seemed like a normal good looking college girl. A girl that was a senior when I just started high school was leagues hotter. I'm talking INCREDIBLE...

People freaked when Rachel came back after her first movie, saying she was the hottest thing ever. I saw her and thought, "Really? People are worked up over her?" But she is the only remotely famous person from here though.

Ahh, yeah. She seemed hard to peg from pictures. But in GI Joe she looks fineeeeeeeee. And yeah, there are a ton of "normal" girls that are hotter than celebrities, but celebs have that aura or mystique (Whatever you want to call it).

I haven't actually seen GI Joe. I'll check it to see how she looks. She is actually a cousin of my friend.

She definitely didn't have that mystique the few times I've seen her haha.

Oh, wow, haha. That's cool though. It's an entertaining movie. Better than what people make it out to be, as long as your expectations are realistic and understand it's based off a kid's toy, haha.

That's all I can think of right now.

There was a tall, skinny guy in my HS class who was basically the class clown. He would do anything for a laugh. During HS football games he would come out of the stands and join the cheerleaders when they spelled out the letters to our school name, getting the crowd riled up.

We also went to the same college and although we didn't really hand out together we played a lot of ball. he was actually a bookie in college and when the stock market crashed in '87 (yes i am old) he lost a lot of money and couldn't pay people back.

After we graduated we were on the court one day and he admitted that he didn't know what to do next. He graduated in RTVF (radio, tv and film) and didn't seem too proud of it. I didn't see him again until years later when i turned on the TV and saw him on the Golf Channel working as an anchor. He has since moved on to ESPN. Have you guessed who it is yet?

My high school not much. Frank Mancini was director there for a while and the band has a recording in the library of Congress.

But the JC I'm currently attending graduated Geroge Lucas.

My city (Modesto, CA) has a surprising list of famous people from or living here since most are older than the population boom that swole us into our current size.

Basketball players include Chuck Hayes (Rockets, see my avatar), Micheal Porter (Kentucky, foregoing his senior year), Reeves Nelson (Freshman UCLA), Ashley Walker (Seattle Storm).
