I wonder if the Clippers make some trades to get younger for next yr with Griffin and maybe a good draft pick.

Was he fired by Mike Dunleavy the GM?

That would be an awkward conversation.

good news

Baron should be pretty happy with this.

They have some nice young players. Gordon for one. He is a nice player to build around with Griffin. Baron is going no where bc of his contract but he has played well this year and is the leader. Kaman will be only 28 when he starts the year next season. DeAndre Jordan has a lot of upside. I mean, if they can get some real talent in return for Camby, then do it. But I wouldn't make a deal just to make a deal

i knew it would happen if they started losing again, with whats his name out. they waited that whole first half of the season to give dunleavy a chance with a fully healthy squad, looks like they're not waiting any longer. can't blame them. that roster has a lot of talent but constantly underachieving.

thing is most of the coaches available are garbage too.

how do u get the info?

02-04-2010, 06:48 PM
watch this.. in a typical donald sterling screwup he will fire dunleavy the head coach but not dunleavy the gm .. then dunleavy the gm will appoint himself interim head coach until they find someone to replace himself and sterling will be happy with the move because his gm tells him it was time to make a proactive move

There was one poster which I believe it is this op that gets inside info on the clips.

Then I vouch for this guy....

He told everyone about blake injuring his shoulder during summer league and no one believed him.

BTW good thing for the clips to get rid of Mike...Players are not listening to him.

They need a coach to give BD some freedom.

Dunleavy is a great GM, but a terrible coach.

They should bring in Byron Scott.

I wouldn't say great, but I would have no problem with him remaining GM. I just want a coach who will let the team play to their strengths and motivate the players better.

He's built a solid team, but I still want great justice for what I've been through. That means a 100% ****canning. Nothing less will appease me.

Yeah he has caused a lot of frustration over the years with his bullsh*t offense and terrible management at the end of games

Dunleavy has a playbook ? WOW didn't know that :oldlol:

His favorite play : Baron walk the ball up don't you dare shoot early. Make sure every perimeter player you pass it to gets to dribble for 5 seconds. Under no circumstances will anyone move or cut

Amazing news, was at work when Daboy texted me, and I literally jumped with joy :oldlol:

With Hughes being promoted to interim head coach, I'd love to see Mobley take over his role as an assistant, and next season, if Hughes does well, let him keep control of the squad and bring in Cassell to be an assistant as well, or even just let Sammy take the reigns over.

No kidding. Why this man was allowed to remain head coach, after coaching HOW many losing seasons, is beyond me!

This is great news for Clippers fans.....Finally some more light at the end of that tunnel. I hope they can now utilize the talents that they have in a more positive direction....because lets face it...the Clippers DO have talent on that roster....but obviously Dunleavy was not the man to be coaching it.
