would you mind telling us your focus beyond engineering?
Well the sciences & maths also interest me. Not very diverse I guess. Oh well. I like reading in general as well. Business is also intriguing. But I guess you can conclude I'm heavily concentrated in math/science/engineering. So yes, my opinion is probably biased. Not worth a whole lot.

Sorry to have possibly offended you. Engineering PhDs are generally considered incredibly tough to receive comparatively speaking. Well, that's just from the people I've asked.

Every PhD is hard to get. Engineering is nothing special. It's amazing how flooded this site is with ignorant self centered engineering pricks.

Aeronautics engineering is hard. Other kinds of engineering, such as civil engineering for example (:lol ) is nothing to be amazed about. Have you ever been in a building with crappy air conditioning? There are many in this world. That is because all of the engineering students who get As go in to aeronautics and the ones who get Cs and Ds go in to air conditioning.

I will not argue the this. Which shows how much love I have and how much I know about satisfaction in the twines of being happy about that. Love...wanting no less, or no more than what you already have. There's not greener grass, there's not longing to be more happy, you are satisfied with the perfections and imperfections of that which you are connected too. This is why my eyes not wander from my wife.

i don't know much about art theory, but i can't paint anything i want. i was in my 3rd year of fine art before i changed degrees. i would say in the entire under graduate program (1st, 2nd and 3rd year) i would have been in the top 3-5. there were some awesome painters, and some that were not as technically proficient but had better concepts.

you are clearly a moran. Finance? Please, get that shit out of here. Besides, as Ive pointed out to you in other threads, sociology is not in the humanities! If you can find me one thread where I've been proven a liar, then talk. The last thread everyone was calling me a liar was the stocks thread. At the end, I decided to post screenshots to prove I wasn't lying, and all those "You're a liar!" morons ran away.

Exactly. You guys continue to talk. And I'll continue to prove you all wrong. And that's how its always been. I'm always right. And I at the end, prove myself right. That would imply that I think Hawker will understand the reason why I'm picking these stocks. Since I wasn't planning on giving him any reasons, nor do I assume that he will understand the reasons, Hawker will not recognize similar characteristics in stocks he will buy from my expert advice.

So once again, I'll give him advice when he needs it not when he doesn't need it.

But Hawker, I guarantee my stocks will do great. I have many great ones, depending on how much risk you wanted to take. Including,

Stocks that will double in less than a year

Stocks that are guaranteed to grow and do good

Stocks that never do bad

etc. etc.

Just saying you would've been much better off with my "Expert GP_20 Stock Picks" than whatever your Mutual Fund does.

so, even though you have been repeatedly and thoroughly outed as an idiot time and time again, I decided to find one of the multiple times you claimed to have stocks that double within the year.

I think you have no clue what ecology is, since it is actually a part of most biology programs. Environmental studies? Is that what you are looking for? As usual, you show that you have no clue when it comes to anything relating to the academy. Are you as despised in real life as on this message board?

Yes I do have stocks that are projected to double in less than a year. But I didn't say all the stocks I invest in are ones like those. And of the ones I did invest in, there were some that DID double in less than a year.

However, I never said that. I said, Hawker I have stocks that double in a year, and do this and do that. I never even said I invest in any of those, though I do, but not just in stocks that double in a year. Never said that.

And I proved that I did invest in stocks that did double in a year, along with others. But once again, I did never say I ONLY invest in stocks that double in a year. They are part of my portfolio, which I proved already.

that is the joke. that you somehow think you are a valued member of the ISH community or a worthwhile human being. You are the clownshoes that everyone laughs at as they puff up their chest and try and act high and mighty. Of course, you cant see it, cause that would ruin the joke.
I think I'm far smarter than any of you because everytime you guys make ridiculous claims that I can just laugh at.

I've proven everyone wrong everytime, and rarely ever been wrong about myself. Of course I'm more intelligent in business, and you're smarter at whatever you study, but I'm also smarter in anything outside of our fields. Which says enough on who is smarter.

so, if you have stocks that you guarantee to double within the year, why are you investing in anything else. There is a reason why every other person in finance on this site thinks you are a troll and a POS.

Hey are we changing the subject now?

First back up your claim or tell us that you were talking out of your ass again

Try a real science please. Probably too difficult.
And finance is considered the toughest business major.

And last time I checked, Finance majors make more than most other majors. And also last time I checked, the business field pays more than all other fields.

No it isn't. Accounting is the hardest major in a typical business school.

What? Actuarial science is the hardest major in a business school. Accounting is a cake walk when you factor in the 10 examinations you have to pass to become a fully-fledged actuary.

meh, my friend from college who majored in philosophy did all those exams and is now a 10th level black belt actuary (or whatever you would call it, no more actuary exams). Oh noes, mr. humanities crushed a hard b-school discipline!

Well in my finance classes we had to know taylor series to do/understand some of the problems. That's a little bit more than "basic math" as you said before huh Hawker?

Sure, that's more than "basic math." Not like you're performing complicated derivatives on complicated functions though.
