Not it doesn't. If two AAs with 25% white blood have children, that means their children are 25% white too. I believe the actual average is 23%. The slave owners did a whole lot of raping in their day. And though many people that consider themselves "white", it is estimated that 1/3 of white Americans with ancestry dating back to the slave days have 10% African blood.
