hah honestly this isn't me. My buddy's freaking out right now with an interview tomorrow where if he's accepted has to pass a hair test. I've been telling him I think there's no way he'd fail it smoking once like a month and a half ago but he's still been chugging water like crazy.

how long it stays in your system (and therefore how long it will be deposited in your hair) depends on a great # of factors, but principally metabolism and body fat % (IK they are correlated). I believe that it detects an average of ~ 3 months.

Here is a somewhat informative FAQ from a tester. 90 days for head hair, 1 year for body hair.

Boozehound had the best advice. Really there's no way to tell, but I would say he's more towards the safe end if he really only did it once, but 4 weeks isn't a lot of time for a follicle test. He could be in trouble.

i'd be shitting. they make shampoo for that - not sure how effective it is though.

hair tests are the worst.

also for urine tests, be careful with diluting your piss too much. the results will come back inconclusive and you will be sitting in your brand new cubicle on your first day of your new job in the new city you just moved to and HR will be right there waiting for you, demanding you go retake your test with an accusatory and dissenting tone. trust me. :violin:

Hair test will detect the weed to all the hair on your head when you smoked. Shampoo, conditioner nothing will work. Thats why they say Britney Spears cut her hair. Because the court was going to ask for a hair sample in her child custody case.
