really? First, chicken isnt necessarily lower in fat than beef. The %of fat in a whole chicken raised in confinement is pretty high. Second, this shit is breaded and deep fried, adding further caloric value. Third, a healthy % of FF burger is actually TVP (textured vegetable protein). This is just as bad (and probably worse) than two all-beef patties wrapped around the cheese (really just oil), bacon and mayo. at least buns add some modicum of fiber

KCF is the closest fast food place to my apartment, so I tried the double down before one of the lakers-suns game a couple weeks ago, and honestly it's just too much chicken in one bite. i mean you bite into the thing and it's an entire mouthful of chicken, bite after bite. i could eat that much in one sitting if i was eating it in smaller portions, but biting into this "sandwhich" with two pieces of chicken, cheese, and bacon in every bite is just too much. Too much, I say.

the real reason europeans eat so much more healthy than americans is simply because food costs a lot more in europe.

since we have it so much easier than them (because our country is better), we end up over-indulging in the luxury that we have. if euro's actually had food that cost 99 cents and gasoline that costs 3 bucks a gallon and not 5 bucks a liter, they'd be doing the same things we are.

clown ass euros try to act like they're all sophisticated cause they dont do some of the stuff we do, but the reason is simply that they dont have the option. if they did, a lot more of their public would look how our public looks.
