They found that Charles Barkley (a light skinned black man) had a greater percentage of his genes from Africa than Snoop Dog (a somewhat darker skinned black man). Basically, Snoop had more White in him than Charles Barkley.

You can never tell by judging from the outside. Another example, in my own family, I am somewhat light (about DRose's color) and my brother is darker (maybe a shade darker than Kobe). And we both have the same father and mother.
