my favorite response from him was when someone was tripping and asking about a dental problem he had, and he just responded, "YOU'RE F--KED!!" :oldlol:

was expecting a technical, dental-lingo, and kind, gentle BS response with a fake ass smile that all dentists usually give to worried patients.

but he just gave the honest and short reply. the man has integrity. :lol

what level of doneness do you cook pork loin\pork chops? If the pork is of good quality (I buy from a local Farmer or use Niman Ranch) then a little pink on the inside is perfectly fine. I usually take it off the heat at around 140 and let it rest. Nothing worse than dried out overcooked pork.

Do you believe in searing steaks? Yes, even though "food scientists" have shown that it really doesn't seal in juices. I think it gives the steak a nice texture.

What is your favorite fine dining establishment in or near your hometown and what are they known for? http://www.nikkosushibar.net Nothing fancy, just the best, freshest sushi in town. I've known the owners for years. I got to meet Anthony Bourdain and do shots of saki with him there.

Do you do any meat curing / wine making and/or beer brewing / pickling? Not really. I do some smoking. Bankshot, Thorpe, Boozehound, Deuce might be better sources there.
