Good pick up. The Droid X and Droid 2 is coming out, but the X and 2 have locked bootloaders. So that means customization in ROMs and hacks are less likely. The Incredible has already been hacked and is rooted.

And just two weeks ago, really top end seats to Kings of Leon. I know they've had sort of a backlash against them lately among the truely cool people. But I'm not that cool, and I really like them, and not just the singles. Again, I paid for three friends, and my seats really kicked ass. It was the type of show where you could afford to splurge on great seats. Too many FM Radio fans who just want to be part of the scene, but don't care enough about anything other than being seen to pay for good seats.

My ipod touch. I don't even remember what I paid for my 64 gig ipod touch. Probably 400 bucks. I'm not sure I wouldn't have been better off with spending substantially less on the 160 gig classic like Pete's, but I aint complaining. I have to admit, it's embaressing how much I love this god damn thing, and how long it took me to get into this digital music movement. It's incredible how hard it is to find anything outside the basic twelve groups being played on the radio on CD these days. And if you want anything other than the latest album, and maybe their first studio release, you can just go to hell. But the accessibility to shop is incredible. And the fact that I have over 550 albums at the touch of a button, when just a few months ago my six disc changer in my car seemed like more than enough, is incredible.
And as with everything I do, when I decide to do something, I do the hell out of it. I bought a home unit immediately. The expensive, and to be honest, pretty overrated Sony wireless unit. I got it in large part because it has fancy remote that lists song and artist, but it's pretty lame. And a I picked up a smaller portable unit I keep in my trunk that comes in pretty handy at partys already.
I also spent a couple hundred bucks on a buying and hooking up a car connection for my car. I have an 04 Accord with in dash navigation, and I pay for XM. So I was looking for something that wouldn't take anything away. This thing runs through one of the XM bands, but it gives me basic control through my car steering wheel controls, and has top notch sound, and gives song/album/artist info on my head unit. I didn't enjoy dismantling everything to install it, but now, I absolutely love the thing. And I don't have CDs sliding up and down every pocket of my car when I come to a red light. So worth it.

I didn't, I got a 4 door i took a quick picture off the internet bc I wasn't going on their website to find the exact car. It's a 328i sedan and no the insurance isn't outrageous. It's around 130 a month but it would be much more if the car/insurance was in my name bc I'm under 25/male.

It's not out-of-date if you root it and overclock it. A rooted Motorola Droid overclocked to 1.0Ghz runs faster than a Droid X or HTC Evo. So far right now the fastest phones out there are Nexus One w/ Android 2.2 and Motorola Droid 2.

But out of all the phones on the market right now branding the Android operating system, the Motorola Droid at this time is the most customizable if it's rooted with the custom ROMs you can download and hacks for it.

Hmmm. I never really thought about that. I don't have a set style, sometimes I do goatee, sometimes I'll do full beard. I don't let it get longer where the ends start to straggle and it looks disheveled or anything. I have a certain length I like, I guess. At the most, I'd say twice, maybe three times a month I clip it.

It took four sittings. And somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-15 hundred bucks.
That's if you don't count the three sittings I did for the centerpiece ten years ago.
Basically, I had that claddagh done a decade ago, and always wanted something to wing it out. So I finally came up with the Celtic harps to flank it, and give it that winged look, which works so well on the upper back.

The outline on the harps was one sitting. The shading of the harps was two. The outline and the middle shading on the rework of the claddagh was three, he tried to do it in one, but it just wasn't gonna happen. And we finished up a couple thursdays ago with about two hours on the remainder of the shading in the ring. I have some along the way pics I can post if anyone's interested.

I know what I want and where, It's just I'm in New Hampshire, so I don't really know the quality of the artists around here, you know? I don't want to just go into any tattoo parlor. I want to find a really good artist, and if that means I'm paying more, well then I'm totally fine with that.

However, It's going to be just some writing, no real artwork, and I'm assuming that can't be too expensive anyways.

In both of those you can see how faded and dull the centerpiece was. It'd been ten years. When we got to this point, my tattoo guy was adament about cutting me a deal to rework the middle. He really liked the idea, but he didn't want his fresh harps sitting next to that old piece. It wasn't greatly done to begin with. It was a little offcenter, and tilted. But it's not something you'd notice until you tried to line things up next to it.

He really tried to finish this in one sitting. But it just wasn't gonna happen. It wasn't me, in fact once you get going, it's not that big a deal to keep going. But the artist is the guy who's arm get's tired. And I didn't want him pushing. He told me he'd think about shading it all together for the last sitting, so it looked like one single piece. And while he could maybe push through the shading, he'd wanna be fresh to start freehanding the shading.
You can really see how bad my back broke out in this one. And you can really tell how faded it was in comparison to the heart and flame that he redid.

That pic was taken just after it was completed, so some of that red has faded out.

If you're just doing lettering, I wouldn't go nuts looking for artists. It's not a bad instinct, but even at a top notch, boutique type shop, they're gonna give you their least experienced guy to do lettering. Don't go cheap, but you don't have to kill yourself and drive two hours away to get lettering done.
I've got a few new ideas lined up already. I was hoping to get my knees done this year, but now that my surgeries have been pushed back a bit, I'll hold off till the scarring is complete. I like the idea of wrapping my knees in nautical rope and knots, and tieing an anchor to them, one on each calf. My cousin, who drew the stuff I have, would like to do a sunken ship on one, and a crashing, WWII style Bomber on the other. I'm not sure those would look right when the knee is bent though. My tattoo guy would like to try his hand at a busted gear box. A cut away piece where my knee looks like an old style clock interior, with springs popped, and disjointed sprockets, which would tie into my work too. All black and white for me.
But that's all back burnered, and I've got the itch, so I was thinking of putting a large Ace on the inner part of my bicept.

Me and my buddies finished our camaro pretty much, just need a distributor then the thing will run and everything. For interior we didn't do much, just put a couple guages in. Body wise it is pretty rust/dent free and not really faded, so maybe we will paint it come winter or something. But the thing will f*cking rip, we put so much into that car.

Other older projects I just sold off months ago cause they were shit.
