50 ppg is completely unrealistic even if you believe today's game is ''softer''. Just like Derek Fisher saying Kobe could 46-50 ppg.

People don't realize it takes tremendous skill alone just to take 20+ FGA a game.

Jordan averaged 37 ppg on 28 shots and Kobe averaged 35 ppg on 27 shots. In order for either of them to average 50 ppg they would need to take like 38 shots.

We all knew that he wasn't going to retire since he's too much of an attention whore. The only thing that surprised me was that he came back out of retirement so fast. It wasn't even a week and the guy comes back. I was expecting a year and a half like Jordan. It felt like he was pulling a Brett Farve just to see if his fans really wanted him back.
