View Full Version : This chick is crying sexual harrassment inside an NFL locker room.
she's a serious "sports reporter" (yeah right). and she wears this to work. and she's whining about sexual harrassment. she claims she was embarrassed by the stares and remarks made by players. b!tch please. get real now.

dumb as a rock. no inkling of common sense. but nice ass though. i'm surprised the jets players were so well-behaved and only made cat calls and whistles but didn't go over there and grab that.
call me sexist, an assho!e, d!ckhead, or whatever, i don't care. the b!tch is clueless. she brought it all to herself.

the biggest joke about this story is she didn't even make the sexual harassment accusation. first she heard about it was a phone call apology from the nfl. i'd love to know the idiot that made it an issue when the girl that was supposedly harassed didn't even have a clue.
damn no wonder they were throwing the ball near her and talking about her in the locker room. didn't see those pics

Really this is just another case of the media blowing things out proportion. I've been watching this chick for years now and I can tell she's one of type of chicks who likes the c*ck. She's always dressed provocatively and often flirts with the interviewee. I don't see why'd start complaining till now?

The only thing the NFL should do about it is reevaluate who they let into locker rooms, assuming all the players did was make some crass comments.

Sainz, a reporter for Mexico's TV Azteca, was at the Meadowlands to do a piece on Mark Sanchez. As she waited on the sidelines, Rex Ryan supposedly instructed an assistant coach to conduct a passing drill that would make the receivers cross paths with Sainz. There were quite a few volunteers to run the drill, including Jason Taylor (not a receiver) and coach Dennis Thurman (not even a player).
Later on, Sainz was greeted in the locker room with hoots, whistles and catcalls. A local reporter confirms to us that this was done more jokingly than maliciously, but that Sainz and a number of onlookers were visibly uncomfortable.,,

And btw, this whole misogynist locker room incident is just completely disrespectful. It's already bad enough that the NFL only employs males to fill out their rosters, what ever happened to equal opportunity employment?

She's not even the one who filed the complaint. Basically other reporters did so on her behalf then the NFL jumped on. Both she and her company paint her as a sex symbol, so I really doubt she is "embarassed" that when she subjects herself to a testosterony, all male sports environment in painted on jeans, she gets attention. However, with all the new media attention, it'll be no time before she gets a reality show out of it or ends on Dancing With the Stars next season.
I don't think female reporters should be in locker rooms anyways, especially post game. It seems so uncouth to me when I'm watching post game interviews and they're interviewing dudes who just have on a robe or in some cases worst, just a towel and nothing else after the game. It's like, could they really have not waited 3 more minutes? I guarantee you flip the genders and this never happens. They'd have people at the door telling you, "nah, you can't come in yet."

Firstly, that chick is perfect. I've seen tons of pics of her since this happened, and body wise, that's as good as it gets for me.
Secondly, the team, or even moreso, the players involved, should apologize, if they made her feel uncomfortable, but there is absolutely no way this should be turned into a national media event, and no one should be suspended or fined based on the reports I've read. The TV network she works for even lists her as a reporter/model. She's attractive. She's aware she's attractive. She even makes a living just for being attractive. From what I've read, the stuff that happened was harmless. If she was bothered, sure they should apologize to her for that, but it doesn't need to be a federal case.
Thirdly, the worst part about this is the fact that the media has to turn on all their fake outrage about this. Everyone is soooo offended. "How is this still happening in this day and age?" And they have male newscasters having to turn use their disgusted face over this behavior, when it comes across as completely disingenious once you see the girl, and you know they know exactly why this happened. If that girl worked for their TV station, they'd be oggling her too. And I'm sure they've talked about her once they saw those pictures in similar fashion. Then they have to go out and act like this was some barbaric behavior. It's not as if she was groped or was repeatedly harrassed.
The most important part is the first part though.

Not saying they shouldn't be involved but the female sideline reporters serve no purpose whatsoever. And neither do Rachel Nichols and the little bits she does either.
You can't act like a jackass when a pretty girl works into your workplace. There is not a bimbo meter, and when it hits 9 you are allowed to say things. The Jets should no better. They never do unfortunately.
If they wanted to talk to her, she's pretending to be a reporter, why not go talk to her? Why throw the football so you can walk and look at her when you are a grown ass man who could just go up and say hi?

Here are the 'facts':
She DIDN'T file for anything
It was the American media that made an issue (probably some jealous female reporter), a female sports journalists league took action on it and contacted the Jets... all of this without Inez' behalf.
She actually doesn't plan on suing, she never cried 'sexual harassment', and is more embarrassed at the attention the situation is getting.
And as crazy as it may sound, she is even defending the NFL and the Jets to an extent. By stating that she trusts the NFL and the Jets, that the whole issue is being blown outta proportion.
Having said that.....
What the Jets did was idiotic, and I can understand why some would find it as a form of harassment. I mean.... shit seems like a prank some high school kids might pull.

any all male locker rooms are going to be extremely immature places. if you watch Hard Knocks or even played sports you should know that. all guys talk about is *****, stories of *****, and ***** they want to get. Even in the Jets Hard Knocks they brought out some dumbells that vibrate or something to practice, and they were all busting out laffing simulating jerking off or something else with them...
thats why its such a joke everyone pretends to look at this as such a huge deal. when the victim isn't a victim how did a incident even take place? because some dumb soccer mom or politically correct ****** reporter made it a huge deal because THEY were offended? i'd really LOVE to know who the idiot was that reported it as sexual harassment.
its one of the dumbest things i've seen in a while that people are making an issue about but anything involving men and women ends up some talking point when it comes to national media

she's not as at fault as much as the reporter in the locker room that made it an issue. i wish they'd say who that was, or if it was multiples of them. they're the ones that turned it into a issue, otherwise it never would have become news.

Are people aware the woman didn't file any official complaints and said she accepted the Jets apologies? Is the Jet owner investigating his team and apoligizing because they didn't do anything? You can't justify wrong behavior, if someone is a douchebag, yes - they deserve to be punched in the face but be aware that you will get in trouble for doing the actual punching. It's jsut how the world works.
Is this woman a skanky ho? MOre than likely. Can you therefore act like a 5 year old and throw things at her and yell. NO.

she is having fun :confusedshrug: I dont see anything wrong here except that somebody in the locker room (prolly some other women in the room who didnt get the same attention :oldlol: ) got mad over it and made a stink...
Portis shouldnt have apologized and this story is a non story....

a group of these dudes sitting in a locker room and she comes in looking like she on fire and of course things are gonna get juvenile...

One point that I found interesting that somebody posted on a different forum was this: Why are women reporters walking around in the locker-room filled with naked men when men reporters are not allowed in women locker-rooms filled with naked women walking around? I agree COMPLETELY, and it makes no sense to me.. This chick is the only woman in a locker-room with horny men high on testosterone, of course they all want her since she is the ONLY woman close. My issue is why don't we hear about men reporters in the locker-room with naked women walking around with breasts exposed bouncing around and other areas showing but when it happens the other way around, EVERYONE jumps up protecting the women reporters? :confusedshrug:

I can understand why you wouldnt want let men into a women's locker room...
I could see problems arising faster... plus women want equal opportunity where as men arent in a rush to cover women's sports to the same degree..
I think they should stop ALL interviews in the locker room if we are gonna keep having these problems... there is a press room.... use it...
The things that woman complained about occured on the practice field. Only Jenkins yelling at her THIS IS OUR ROOM for some reason occured in the locker room. I think a woman in a locker room full of naked men could be problematic - i can see it but the way to resolve that is just make a separate area for where they talk.

Oh, so they didn't throw things at her and stare at her while she was in the same locker-room where the guys are walking around naked? I thought all of that happened in the locker-room, alright media throwing it out of proportion then. Jesus, the media made it sound like she was inside the locker-room and seeing the naked men stare at her and throw things at her while walking around with their private area sticking out. Typical media representations. :facepalm :banghead:

It wasn't a big deal. They just acted like 15 yr olds who had never seen a girl. Is the girl a attentions seeker? Clearly. But you can't throw footballs over the head of a pretty girl to get her attention if you are above 5. You can't yell and scream and point. Because the Jets, even though they are football players, are in their work enviornment and their team allowed this woman in as a reporter. It's just a lack of common sense and discipline, which if you saw the Jets play monday night, isn't limited to the practice field.
I just don't get why people argue the Jets acted properly. They did not.

I'd agree they acted inappropriately if she was touched or somebody even said something to her, but dudes looking at her, yea happens a million times a day and again I'd say is to be expected by someone like her. Throw on a baggy pants suit then. Even Erin Andrews, who no doubt banks heavily on her looks, wears shirts that don't reveal her cleavage. Are these even shirts she has on, or some type of lingerie?
And as mentioned, she wasn't even bothered by it. Some female reporters organization filed the complaint on her behalf. She got an apology from the Jets owner and 15 minutes of fame. I'd say we're more than even. Watch the amount of extra fame + $ she spins this into. I'd say she won.

all jobs arent the same and everything isnt the same or fair or whatever you wanna call it...
you cannot compare this situation to what you would on your job because they are 2 totally different environments.....
alot of inappropriate things are said and done at my job... they wont necessarily rise to this level because the atmosphere is different and what is expected of employees is different here than it would be on a pro football team..
not the same and cant compare it in such a way

its rude and some women get it anyway even if dressed appropriately...
I think that the lockeroom atmosphere is the way it has always been and its just that the owners and front office people would like whatever is said and done in the locker room to stay in the locker room..
if it gets out? then they gotta automatically go into damage control because they dont wanna lose those dollars that might go away.

For real... to me though, she looks like the type of girl you can get at pretty easily, too. You can tell by the fact that she's ugly in the face but wears a lot of make up and has a body that looks like it's had a lot of work done.
She looks good from the back or far away, and her accent is hot... but yeah the way she dresses is definitely to get attention.
You know, she wanted Sanchez though.
Whatever, though... going into a locker room with a revealing outfit is sexual harassment, to me. Girls shouldn't be in there, period.

I'm not even saying that the players should apologize for their behavior exactly. Again, I don't fully know what they did. But if they made her uncomfortable, then they should apologize for that. I work in the ghettos of chicago now. Anyone that knows where Mount Sinai hospital in Chicago is knows how dangerous that area is. I am going to go walk outside the hospital at 1 am on a friday night with my scrubs on and a macbook in one hand. I will stop at the corner and pop out my wallet to count how much money i have in there. If i get nabbed, stabbed or beaten....should i just blame the crackheads and the gangbangers that are always there? Or does some of the blame go towards me and my stupidity? What do u think most people will think about me?

people are really piling on now, but at the end of the day an apology is necessary.
nothing more, just an apology.
it is a slippery slope when we start telling people how to dress.
was she professional?
no
were the players a bit much?
yes
was there a crime?
no
if the players were void of guilt I can see not apologizing, but in 2010 you cannot act like that in a corporate setting (and yes, the NFL and its member teams are corporations). therefore the apology is necessary.

she should also be held accountable for her dressing and role in this. She should apologize. You talk about the corporate world. In the corporate world, no way in hell do they allow someone to dress the way she dresses. If the NFL, Jets and the players are apologzing for their actions, so should this lady. This one way feminist bullsht that we see around us in this day and age is pathetic.

sure, but don't think that the NFL/Jets are void of guilt.
secondly, they gave TV Azteca press credentials knowing full well their behavior (they have history). this is akin to giving them the 'OK' to do their thing.

both are guilty. but my problem is that only one side is being blamed and this lady and the press are not admitting even a little guilt or fault of their own.

there will be residual effects, their work will dry up a bit as they have been exposed as being more of a nuisance than a benefit.
unless the NFL set strict clothing guidelines, the woman is unfortunately not guilty of much, other than being a tramp.

In the real world, people act the way they do when there are no rules banning it. You won't see the same sexual harassment agreement from an office getting passed around a construction site or sports team. The environment is different, so applying office behavior next to childish messing around, which is completely allowed and even promoted, doesn't fit this bill.
That being said, this chick is not demanding an ounce of respect out of what she wears. Based on commentary from other actual female reporters, they know how it is in the locker rooms and on field, and they will agree completely that wearing something like that only excites the behavior. And they seem just fine armed with that bit of knowledge.
People are demanding professional behavior from an environment that doesn't call for it, all the while ignoring that this chick is supposed to be a journalist dressing like a teenager at a concert. If you ask me, the players were very mild mannered in what they did do.

A lot of the statements on here are kind of backwards-sounding. Not that the NFL players are completely at fault but what's next?
A girl that gets raped was just 'asking for it' because she happened to be wearing a risque outfit?

Comparing rude comments to a voilent crime is flat dumb.

Seems dressing like a middle-aged Spice Girl is a lucrative career choice:
Ines Sainz will be a factor at Manny Pacquiao fight
The Ines Sainz hype machine is really humming now. The woman made famous by inspiring the Jets to go all frat boy is back in the news today for saying she henceforth will only conduct NFL interviews outside the locker room.
But within the world of boxing, she's clearly an insider.
Sainz has been signed by Top Rank to provide reports and be part of the broadcast on Nov. 12, when Manny Pacquiao is scheduled to pound Antonio Margarito into oblivion, at Jerry Jones' playground in Dallas.
"Ines will be a valuable addition in providing sports fans unique stories on the fighters and the event during fight week and the fight broadcast itself that we have never had before," said Todd duBoef, president of Top Rank.
(We'll resist the temptation to note that Sainz also provides depth at the ring card girl position.)
But the Top Rank press release did make a point of noting that Sainz "is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do." Say, do we smell a women's boxing career in the making?
