Have it it. Let me know what you think is definitely wrong:
http://www.insidehoops.com/depth-charts.shtml
I haven't really proofread these yet. Main thing was just to get the right players listed at approximately their right rotation spots. Next step is to fine-tune it.

The Utah Jazz are completely wrong.
Matthews signed with Portland
C.J miles will probably play more of the 2 guard.
That means Hayward should be in the key bench for the 3
We signed Elson who should be under the centers.
And the whole Al Jefferson thing
And Koufus is gone

For Miami, you have:
PG: Chalmers / Arroyo / Beverley & Hasbrouck
SG: Wade / Miller / House
SF: LeBron / Jones / Butler
I'd argue Hasbrouck is more of a 3rd string SG than PG (if he makes the roster)
I think Miller should displace Jones at SF, which bumps up House. I think this reflects the fact that House is more likely to play more than Jones, and would be listed as 'Key Bench' rather than 'More Bench'
The rest looks good though.

For Boston, Daniels is more the backup SF.
You missed Erden off the C depth as well.
I'd expect Gaffney and Lafayette to be cut, which is unfortunate because i like Gaffney especially.
Otherwise, good job

Fix for the Suns:
It was confirmed that the Suns' Starting lineup would be as such.
PG: Nash / Dragic / Janning
SG: J-Rich / Childress
SF: Hill / Dudley / Clark
PF: Turkoglu / Frye / Warrick / Lawal
C : Lopez / Jones
obviously Turk will play also at SF but he'll start at PF.
It's a deep and flexible bench this year, Chils can play SG & SF, Turk SF & PF and Channing / Lawal can also go to the 5 if needed.

Also, on the center depth, Perkins should be listed last, seeing that he's injured.
Celtics should be:
CT: J. O'Neal/ S. O'Neal/ Erden/ Perkins
PF: Garnett/ Davis/ Harongody
SF: Pierce/ Daniels
SG: Allen/ West/ Wafer
PG: Rondo/ Robinson/ Bradley
If you want stuff like this done in the future, you should send a couple of posters e-mails. I'd be more than happy to do stuff like this for you.

Nets:
-Add Joe Smith at PF (more bench)
-Swap Terrence Williams and Anthony Morrow around.
Knicks:
CT: Turiaf/ Mozgov/ Curry
PF: Stoudemire/ Randolph/ Ewing Jr.
SF: Gallinari/ Chandler/ Fields
SG: Azubuike/ Mason Jr./ Walker
PG: Felton/ Douglas/ Rautins
Curious to see who will be starting between Augustin and Livingston.

Pistons are way off.
PG: Stuckey/Bynum/White
SG: Hamilton/Gordon/White/Summers
SF: Prince/McGrady/Daye/Summers
PF: Jerebko/Monroe/Maxiell/Villanueva (CV31 has been working out with Big Ben, so he might be given a second chance depending on how he has slimmed out)
C: Wallace/Monroe/Wilcox
There's absolutely no way the Pistons start the season with any starting lineup other than Stuckey-Hamilton-Prince-Jerebko-Wallace. Only possibility is Monroe absolutely killing it in the preseason and knocking Jerebko or Wallace out of it. I doubt they would do that, though. I think we're going to try and ease Monroe into his position and mold him into a possible franchise player (rather than thrust him into the spotlight like we did with Stuckey).

Wrong. Dumars didn't sign Villaneuva for him to be a 3rd stringer. He will be given every opportunity to start, to begin the season. Whether he keeps starting or not is up to his play.
It will look something like this:
CT: Wallace/ Monroe/ Wilcox (inactive)

And even then I thought he was terrible. He's a spotup shooter, and not a very good one. He doesn't do anything else. Hes an averaged defender, the teams worst passer, and doesn't get out on the break near enough for how athletic he is. I really doubt that Sloan starts Miles.

He's not a spot up shooter. He's best coming off screens. They need him to be able to spot up from 3 more now that Korver is gone though. I could see him starting alongside AK possibly. AK will have to come off the bench if Millsap/Jefferson start though and Bell would have to start. He's got potential defensively. He's a good ball handler. He's still only 23 and the 2nd or 3rd youngest guy on the team.

Azubuike should be at least the #2 shooting guard on the Knicks' depth chart. I know the Knicks have too many wing players, but Azubuike should get every chance to compete for a starting spot and I expect him to be ahead of Roger Mason and Bill Walker in the rotation.

CT: Bargnani/ Anderson/ Alabi (NBDL-inactive)/ Dorsey (cut)
PF: Johnson/ Davis/ Evans
SF: Kleiza/ Weems/ Wright
SG: DeRozan/ Barbosa/ Dupree (inactive)
PG: Jack/ Calderon/ Banks (inactive)
That looks about right, although Dorsey is more of a PF than a C. Personally, I want him to stick around and cut Dupree. Dupree doesn't bring anything to the team that any of our other wings don't. Dorsey's at least a big body who can rebound and knock people around a bit. Something this team has lacked since AD and Oak left. Plus with Davis' injury, it provides him with an opportunity to step in and really contribute to start the season. I definitely want him to get more backup front court minutes than David Andersen who is basically a weaker version of Bargnani. One is enough.
Corrected :D
The Grizzlies do not have Hunter. They do have Acie Law though.
As far as the InsideHoops version of Memphis. I don't know if it's clear year who will be the back up PG. Vasquez might work his way in there over Acie Law but I don't know if that is determined yet. I also think they will have Vasquez as an oversized PG not a SG with Henry. Thabeet is the backup Center right now but after how well Hadaddi played in FIBA it could be more of a competition than just giving Thabeet the back up spot.

For the Cavs, I'm almost sure Hickson will start at the 4. I like the idea of a Mo and Sessions backcourt, it may happen with Parker's age. The 3 spot is going to either be Jamison or Moon, the other will be the 6th man. I am thinking Jamison will start though.

Indy's starting 5 is Collison/Dunleavy/Granger/McRoberts/Hibbert, as of right now anyway. O'Brien said so in an interview, I'd dig it up but I'm lazy.

Did mention Rasual, but as the starter at SF over Gomes.
I'm not sure that Collins will be signed over Voshkul to be honest since Jake is more of a bruiser type.
I will have to respectfully disagree with you here regarding the SF position. I think Gomes gets the nod here because he actually rebounds, defends, and doesn't hoist up 3s.

Where is he among them, if you're talking
