I thought it would be cool to have a 6 round Pokemon draft, and maybe figure out a way to compete online, like find a program or something. So if you're interested let me know and maybe we can start something up. So if you're interested come up with a team name and leave a comment.

Here are the rules:

1) No legendaries.
2) You can only draft one type
3) Once a certain Pokemon has been drafted, it cannot be duplicated
4) Only the Pokemon from Gen I-IV will be used. No Gen V Pokemon.
(Probably will have to come up with some more rules as we go along)

Like a moveset draft? Don't really know how that would work. I would be fine if we just picked our own for each Pokemon that would be fine, but if you can think of a moveset draft system, I'm down for that.

Like a moveset draft? Don't really know how that would work. I would be fine if we just picked our own for each Pokemon that would be fine, but if you can think of a moveset draft system, I'm down for that.

yeah, that's what I meant. we could pick moves for the ones we drafted. We'd have to come up with rules about TMs/HMs, but it would add another dimension to your picks.

New rule, if you're not online for 12 hours to take a pick for the first round, you're getting next best available, which in this case would be Salamence

Primary types. Like if you have Gyarados, who is a Water/Flying, you can draft a pokemon like Bibarel, who is Normal/Water, or Walerin, who is Ice/Water.
You can't however, draft Walerin who is Ice/Water and draft a pokemon like Glaceon, who is pure Ice.

You can't draft Aracnine (Fire) and Charizard(Fire) . You can however draft Aracnine (Fire) and Houndoom (Dark/Fire). You can't have the same two primary types. You can Bulbapedia it if you're not sure if about a Pokemon's primary and secondary type though.

Gyarados is a dual type Pokemon. His Primary is Water and Secondary is Flying. Which means you can't pick water type Pokemon anymore.

i'm constantly trying to get farther and farther on the Battle Frontier, so i've spent tons of time finding the best team. I'm looking at a list i made about a year ago that lists the top 10 pokemon of each type based on stats and movesets.:oldlol: I know, no life.

Those ice/water types are a pain in the ass to take on. i already know who i'm drafting to take that down. :rockon:

Wobbuffet is like an instant-KO on a level playing field. Hes pretty much a ***** move. Hes not a legendary though. Hes like not allowed in most Pokemon tournaments and stuff still. IDC, I wish i said something earlier about it, but I guess its too late.
I didn't know that. All i know about him is he always pops-up and salute after the Team Rocket has been blown away in Pokemon animation.:hammerhead:
