Kobe was at his best when he was sporting the fro back in the Shaq Dynasty days. He won 3 championships with that afro. So why doesn't he bring it back when he clearly played his best basketball while rocking the fro? Besides, Kobe is straight up baller with the fro.

lol i remember picking that magazine up and thinking wow what a lucky specimen, only to find out that it was indeed shopped and he has a lot of recession going on.

I think the last time we could distinctly see kobes hairline was 2006 im pretty sure he is balding which is weird cos he has such a nice fro that just dissipated.

Both James and Kobe are receeding, though I don't think either one cares since they're sported the close cropped/shaved head look for years.

They're lucky though, it's much worse balding if you're white/asian/etc.

Kobe and Bron look fine and Jordan looks weird in his younger days with hair, lol (though that could be because everyone's so used to him sporting the shaved head look).

i knew a 14 year old who already had a bald spot and he went to my school and he got teased everyday about it.

Generally, if you have male pattern baldness in your genes, you should notice a decline in your hair from puberty. It doesn't just fall out it miniturizes to the point it doesn't exist so in case you guys don't know much about it, keep comparing the hair at your temples and top of your head to the hair on the back and sides because you only lose hair on top and if it is different in thickness chances are you have MPB.
