Yeh he's not a superstar or even a star or even an average NBA player, but he has worked hard to make a respectable career for himself.

A guy like Rafael Araujo, who Jerry Sloan called the hardest worker in the league but still couldn't even get 2 minutes a game off the bench and when he did get minutes looked like the worst bigman in the NBA, is someone who was fortunate to stay in the league as long as they did

He barely has any value at this point. He had one good year, hence the decent contract. Since then he's been shit on the court and untradeable due to the size of his contract.
