http://apps.universalrecords.com/tourgallery/photos/639_413_1.jpg

“Hip Hop is a tool we use to avoid violence, gun play and everything else that comes with the streets, it’s Music, we’re expressin ourselves, we havin’ fun, nobody is trying to hear about ancient scriptures and sh*t, n*ggas is trying to get with b*tches, go read a book if you’re tryna get educated.. Its always the over the hill rappers tryna get back in the game and diss the hottest thing out, which right now is the South. It’s a movement. this ain’t 96, nobody is checkin for Nas anymore. Just because we don’t live to a certain type of hip hop code he does, we ain’t hip hop?”

Nas will murder Dem Franchise Boyz one by one in a battle. No contest.

they exactly why we have hip hop and rap... thats the pure definition of rap...
their music is simple funny big bass basically a joke for pure entertainment... i understand their sentiment because its true that rap is purely about jewelz whips and ho'z

i will say this going to clubs down south their music (southern music) make dim ho'z throw dat a55 though fo sho

HAHAHAHA

Dem Franchize Boys arent anywhere near Nas' league. They dont even deserve to wipe the crap from his ass thats how significant the gap between them are.

They sound real stupid. One thing they said was funny:

Its always the over the hill rappers tryna get back in the game and diss the hottest thing out,
They dont have to ever worry about that. They will never have a career long enough to be "over the hill". They are HOT GARBAGE and next year people will be asking "what happened to DFB?" Fools rapping about wearing t-shirts and they wanna diss somebody. What a f*kn joke, what did their cd go gold? LOL
First Bow Wow dissing Will Smith and now these clowns :hammerhead: No wonder people say that hip hop is dead.

give it 5 years and we will never hear about "dem franchiz boyz". Nas has been in the game for over a decade and still killing it! in 5 years those guys are going to be selling all there "pizza chains" and 26 inch rims to pay there mortgage on there house because they aren't selling enough units. The whole "south style" is a trend which will eventually die off.....

Hip hop is dead= 355, 000 first week sells

Dem Franchise Boyz shitty album = 106,000

But nobody was check for Nas anymore at that time :biggums:

But to their defense, shitty hip hop always existed. Nas was just mad that New York isn't as relevant as it was. Hell, that year, Lupe Fiasco blessed us with lyricism that hip hop rarely witness. I'm amazed that Nas never acknowledged Lupe
