bruce bowen is physically fit. any guy who can run around and chase star swingmen has to be in pretty good shape.

I seriously doubt mourning is the most physically fit. He may be buff, but there would be a lot of guys who could run rings around him and last longer.

Shawn Marion, rarely miss a game or gets injured. Can run around for 40+ minutes and a great athlete.

Zo is a great physical specimen, but he would not be the fittest aerobically.
I've heard Rip is a freak natural runner, plus he would obviously train as well.
Iverson to me appears to be the fittest little guy, probably Dwight the fittest big guy.

Iverson, Rip, Marion, Lebron, Kobe, Arenas, Garnett, Dwight, Maggette, Ben Wallace.
That's my top 10 for best conditioned/fittest players.

what about dirk? he plays 40 minutes a night and rarely ever misses games and plays well on back to backs.
I think you guys are confusing "huge upper body" with being physically fit.

Kobe, Nash, Dirk
They are the most muscular but they are in the top tier of physical fitness. They are gym rats and are the hardest workers in the league. Nash and Dirk dont look physically fit, but from what I hear, their finess plan is top notch. Muscle does not always equate the most physically fit players

Maybe Prince?
He is one of the best SF defenders and he never missed a game since he came in the league in 2002.
Gotta admire his durability and determination.

Kobe Bryant...
Everyone else...
Do you know how hard it is to play with Kobe's on-court responsibilities for almost max minutes, and still get FULL ELEVATION on his jumpers in the 4th like he does?

Lets see...WHo plays over 40 minutes everygame, did not miss one game. And plays better in the forth querter...
Has a couple of guys on him most of the time....
gets fouled so many times and plays while being injured?
If u look at stamina and endurance ofcourse MR.MVP himself..i honostly think thats a big factor of y he is so good..

I think the reason it looked so bad when they did that was because they wore modern sized jerseys with old school shorts. Had the jersey been smaller, it wouldn't have looked so bad.

I remember hearing some where that he ran a marathon.
I don't think that he's run a marathon. I think that he runs like six miles a day, which isn't much for a runner, but good for a basketball player.

I think Dwight is a good candidate. He has played in every game in his career, started in all but one, he was late to shoot around that day.
He can jump pretty high, run pretty quick and has good stamina.
Him being a center means he takes a beating from fellow big man also.

Fittest. With an 'i', not an 'a'.
Grant Hill or Ray Allen.
Corey Maggette, everytime I see that guy I get depressed. Dude is super ripped.
