Lebron James Hall of Fame Resume:

Quit against Spurs in 07 Finals.
0 Finals wins.
Quit against Magic in 09.
Refused to shake hands with magic after he quit.
Quit against Boston in game 5 after calling out coach earlier in series.
Tells mom to stfu "sit the **** down" during playoff game vs Boston.
Delonte West reportedly has intercourse with James' Mother.

Heat currently 9-8, I'm sure all NBA fans are excited to see how the season plays out, Lebron fans must be thrilled at the King's continued legacy.

i'm a lebron fan since he came into the league and i truly believe that he is an asshole. but who wouldn't be, if he would be treated like that since he was in high school. he got everything he wanted from day one and was treated like a king. why don't behave like a king then? so i guess much of the stuff the media is pointing out is right but i don't believe an article which is obviously written very subjective just to bash lebron. don't believe everything the media is writing, wether it's pro or contra lebron. whoever wrote this article can't be considered as an professional journalist.

it didn't seem too long ago when like 90% of the basketball world was all over lebron's jock. now most of them hate his ass with a passion. don't think i ever seen this kind of tremendous turn around for a player. i think losing probably has a lot to do with it. if the heat were undefeated, he'd probably still be absolute king and worshipped like king.

i was always kinda in the middle in terms of feeling for lebron. when all the groupies were all up his junk, i thought it was overboard. but now the opposite is happening and tons of people just hate and hate him. i think that's kinda overboard too. he is what he is. he's done nothing to make me change my opinion. i never "worshipped" him but i never "hated his guts" neither. he's just still the same to me. he's a basketball player on tv, not a buddy or a friend. some fans can't distinguish these things. or maybe most people can't think for themselves but just go by whatever is popular at the moment, and bashing lebron is pretty popular now.

He is the number 1 basketball player, and unless he believe he is also the best coach for the team he needs to shut up. It isn't just sports if it is your job. Sports writers don't get paid to be objective. If they were objective all the time it would put people to sleep and they would be out of a job. They are always going to have a bias one way or the other.

word, very well said!!!

I guess you could find reasons to hate on almost every player in this league, because they all have negative traits and act stupid on/off the court sometimes.
It's like a hype at the moment. Of course he kinda initiated it but now it has reached a ridiculous dimension. I never assumed that he's the smartest or nicest guy in the world. he's just a basketball player. And right now he's witnessing the downside of being in the spotlight.

^^^^ that brings up an interesting side note.

The Bulls team that won 72 games was talented no doubt. But the thing i remember about them is that they did not take plays off. They didn't take other teams lightly.

It was like they weren't playing the other team. They had a standard of play they had set for themselves and played to that standard all the time regardless of the opponent or the situation.

If they were playing an inferior opponent they would blow their doors off and then empty the bench. They wouldn't let a team hang around and then try to turn it on in the 4th. They were a wrecking machine.

Yet like 2 or 3 of their losses were to teams they had no business losing to ... like the expansion Raptors, etc.

The Bulls could've had an even better record than what they ended up with.

Just because they lost to a crap team doesn't mean they weren't trying. Sometimes a bad team can get hot.

When the Hawks had their 13 win season one of their wins was a blowout of defending champion Detroit in Detroit. It happens.

Wade was one of the Team USA players who’d watch incredulously as James would throw a bowl of fries back at a renowned chef and bark, “They’re cold!” Or throw his sweaty practice jersey across the court and command a team administrator to go pick it up. Everyone wants James to grow out of it, but he’s never showed much of an inclination for self-examination and improvement. And he’s never surrounded himself with people who’d push him to do so.

LeBron does remind me a bit of a younger Shaq in his attitude issues.

The difference with younger Shaq I think was he was raised by an army dad. And army dad's don't take no sh-t. So while Shaq could occasionally get unruly, there was always a line to it.

I think I remember a story where Shaq was taunting Yao in the press, and it even got racial at one point, and Shaq's dad laid the smack down on him and Shaq manned up and apologized.

With LeBron ... y'know ... I don't think he's had that. You need an alpha male to coach LeBron because the guy has daddy issues unfortunately. Great basketball talent, but he still has some growing up to do.

And that is definitely on him. LeBron needs to mature. The first thing he should do is cut off Maverick Carter and his "entourage" of leeching "yes men" friends. If they wanna be your friends, fine, but never get into business with your friends.

None of that matters. Not the coach, not even Lebron's bad attitude.

HEAT HAS NO POINT GUARD.

If Lebron is truely a cancer, trade him (and humiliate him) for a decent center + a decent point guard, or one really really good point guard (would wizards possibly part with John Wall)?
