I had the most horrible Sleep Paralysis last night

I woke up, but physically couldn't move. My head was facing the bed then all of a sudden a black cat was on top of my face. That really scared the **** out of me. A couple of seconds later I was able to move physically & nothing was there, but the back of my head was pretty warm. I got up and went to the bathroom and went back to bed.

I haven't had it in a while myself. Probably 6+ months. Whenever I have it I realize myself dreaming and sleeping, but I cannot wake up. I can feel myself breathing rapidly and in a panic, but I still cannot wake up. There's been a couple items where I've forced myself to breath hard just so possibly my wife will wake up to wake me up.

Last time my ex- GF was talking to my mom in my room. I open my eyes and see them. I am fully awake and yet i cannot talk or move at all. Start panicking like crazy because i see them in front of me and i start moving my eyes to make them aware i cannot move. Few seconds seconds i had a big twitch and was able to freaking move.

It was so horrible i could not even explain it the first day

it's calmed down but i used to get it almost daily and sunday was guaranteed and the worst day. it still happens but not often. i think it's all in your mind. but yeah i've dealt with it. "sleep paralysis" is bullshit. you're being held down.

Anyways, it normally happens when there is some sort of evil in the room. But for now all you can do is wait and be calm, and maybe spray some holy oil around, and some salt on the windows and doors. Me and Dean are working on something.
