Unless Howard decides to sign with the Knicks it's pretty much a guarantee that the Knicks will have a " Big 3" of CP3, Carmelo, Amare in 2012.
So... Who's better in 2012. CP3, Carmelo, Amare or Lebron, Wade, Bosh.
Note: CP3 will be 27 years old, Carmelo 28, Amare 30 years old.
Lebron 28, Bosh 28, Wade 31 years old.
So basically age won't be much of a factor.

the knicks have like 40 millions tied up with amare and melo, the cap is currently 58 million

What are you talking about? Do you honestly think they will spend that $18 million on 2 mediocre players instead of another superstar?

they need more than three players
they have 4 players under contract in 2012, their salaries add up to 41 million, they arent gonna spend all of their space on one player, and then have seven players all on minimum contracts (you have to have 12 players on your roster)
not to mention that cp3 will want more than 18 million per year
the knicks arent that stupid
nobody outside of this forum is that stupid
the knick pipe dream of getting another superstar is ridiculous, there is a reason no real media outlet is speculating, because its not gonna happen

Give me the team with the best player.
Plus even at 31 Wade will still be a top player. Chances are by then Miami will have a much better supporting cast too.

There is no reason why they can't get another super star , as long as the player takes less money.

I still think the Heat will rule the league .. they aren't far away from the 2 players they need and this summer will answer that question= hands down
