So today I was driving to a museum in the next town over, about 30 minutes away. I have a big truck, so when I pass people I can see right in there vehicles since I am sitting up so high. Well I passed this one guy who was going pretty slow (about 20 under the limit) so I looked over at him and there he was with a boner .. jerking off. I would say it was about 6 - 7 inches, not that it really matters. Anyways, I took out my camera and video taped him so I could turn it over as evidence to the local police. I would not want to see him get into an accident or run some one over because he is not paying attention to the road. When I went to the police they said there wasn't much they could do about it but I'm sure its illegal on some scale?

Yes it sounds weird but i wanted to get him identified and charged, I got about 7 minutes on tape then I got my son to continue taping for me but he accidentally turned record off.

Yes - it is illegal. It's illegal as all hell. It's something new that come out (no pun intended) recently called DWF. Driving While Fappin' ... and if in conjunction with a DWI or DUI, you get a stiffer (no pun intended) penalty.
