When the locker room first opened to reporters after the game, Stoudemire and Anthony were bantering and laughing about players on the Miami Heat crying after their loss earlier Sunday to the Chicago Bulls, with Stoudemire fingering Chris Bosh as the watery-eyed one (although Bosh, when asked by reporters in Miami whether he had cried, said he almost had but did not).

"I heard Chris Bosh was crying tears," Stoudemire said.

"Tears?" Anthony asked.

"Yeah, tears," Stoudemire replied.

"Wait 'til I call him, man," Anthony said. "I'll be like: 'What are you doing?'"

:oldlol: So much for all these guys being good friends. D-Wade is like Zack Morris, Bron is like A.C. Slater, and Bosh is like Screech. The awkward goofy kid who is clearly less popular than the rest of them and very out of the loop but they allow him in because occasionally he comes in handy.

He's probably talking about the interview where KG cried over the state of the T-Wolves and how badly he wanted to win. I don't think anyone could possibly have made fun of him after giving all those years to that franchise and being loyal to a fault. This Bosh thing on the other hand is a whole different scenario. He's just mentally weak.

Exactly. Losing hurts when you give it everything you've got, play a tremendous game night in and night out, put your whole shitty team on your back while your franchise is in disarray and there's nothing that your individual efforts can do to get there. It took KG 13 seasons to reach those tears, it took Bosh like 50 something games in his first season with two superstar teammates. Cry me a river.

you cant see the difference between give blood sweat and tears for 11 years and being on a pathetic team with no chance of winning and crying because it's hard and your losing in the 60th or so game in the regular season still with a chance to win in your 1st season on a superteam then i don't know what to tell you

It really doesn't matter when the breaking point is. He had his hopes up, thinking he's going to win, now that they're losing, he is probably thinking not this shit again. He is still a soft played and might even be homo, but you can blame the guy for showing emotion.

When KG cried, he was still in Minesota with a bad team and with a contract running until he is 33. His prime was wasted.

When Bosh cried, he has already jumped on a team with Wade and Bron. Even if they don't win this year, they will have a great shot at any of the next 5 championship
And he is only 26 !

Huge difference.

bokes15
03-07-2011, 04:42 PM
And to add, the guy clearly isn't crying just because of losing. He's on a 43-20 team playing alongside 2 of the best 3 players players in the league right now. The tears come from the scrutiny he's receiving and the fact that this isn't as easy as he thought it would be. I don't care what he said about "we know it's gonna be difficult" during that rock star concert they had before the season started. He thought he could hop on a team with Bron and Wade, chill, party it up in the South Beach sun, and raise that 2nd banner with all the fans and media singing his praises. Instead, hes a lightning rod for the media, the butt of all their jokes, a major factor as to why they aren't doing well, and a member of the most hated team in the league. The tears come from a large variety of things, with winning being the least of them.

On top of Bosh not even giving it his all every single game. The man is lazy as **** on defense and doesn't crash the boards and rebound as hard as possible. Maybe now he will finally give a damn about the whole other side of basketball instead of thinking Bron Bron and Wade were gonna carry him to a title

Sixers are .5gm behind NYK in the standings. If Utah can edge them out tonight. We'd be tied. Perhaps they should stop worrying about the crying Heat and focus on who could pass them up with 20gms left on the season (atleast for the Sixers).

Why should we worry ?
Being 6th or 7th seed is completely irrelevant.
We will still play against Bulls/Heat and Knicks don't have a big chance against either team,I shouldn't even start to talk about Philly chances.

I agree. I don't even know why they are that upset. They are going to be judged ultimately on what they do in the playoff's so instead of breaking down over a regular season loss, they need to be focusing on playing as a team, actually learning how to run plays and defining key rolls.
