As a teacher, I can say that bullying unfortunately is still very much alive. The bigger thing at play here that I feel really gets the ball rolling is onlookers willingness to stand pat. I'm not sure if I blame kids for not getting involved but I wish more kids would step up, not worry about being judged, and make their presence known when something like this is going on.

With all that said, it always helps when the bully gets his comeuppance. The little one looked like Rick James when Charlie Murphy whupped his legs.

Apparently his parents are suing the kid and the school. I don't really have any reputable evidence except from what I've read on 4chan and other various websites but I believe it. The fat kid got 4 days of suspension and the ratty kid 24 days apparently.
