This is really tough... there were a lot of nasty dunks this season. Does anyone have any major beef with the list before I finalize it? Those ones I listed below the line just miss the cut.

DeRoZaN's dunk is going to be on the list, it got a 10. Wilson's dunk might deserve a spot, but what would I take off? I think there are honorable mention dunks better than Wilson's, let alone the ones that made the list. I don't think that Stoudemire dunk is good enough at all. Wilson's was better.

I like James Harden on JJ Hickson. You look at how far he took off from, and live especially, it looked like he was just gonna chunk the ball off the front of the rim.

Do we have DeAndre Jordan over Dirk as an option also? Did that even win? I know how sometimes you guys are OD about the whole bodycontact/tried to block thing, but that is what getting dunked on is.

Both of those were great dunks and both were winners... but I just don't know what to take off the list to include them. There were so many sick, standout dunks this season. Maybe I should include more than six in the voting?

Alright guys, I think I have an idea to solve this list problem. I think the HOF voting should be based on the number of 10s that occurred in the season. So this year there were four 10s, so I think four dunks should get voted in. For each spot, I will nominate two dunks. That expands the list of nominees to eight. I feel like this is a pretty good way to do it... it seems to me liek there were more than three dunks this year that are deserving of the HOF.

Even though Nene dunked on a third of OKC's active roster, I had to go with STAT on JO. I think it was the best dunk of the bunch... there was heavy contact, two defenders present, and he dunked it really hard. I like it a little better than Nene's on Perkins because that one didn't go down clean, and I like it better than Nene's on Ibaka because I feel like it was more of a facial.

Just getting around to uploading some of this stuff from last night since I didn't get home until 1:30. Swag rating on KD's dad's KD3s? That's his mom in the heels, she is about 6'4. His brother was at the game too, total sourpuss. Even when we made our huge run, and it was big bro doing most of the great work, he wasn't clapping or cheering or nothing. I am not going to lie I have loved the playoffs this far- besides the Lakers horrible performance. But, last nights Memphis/Oklahoma game was insane! I love how all these teams are playing so tough-besides the Lakers again. It'll be interesting to see what happens. They've been surprising to me. I didn't see the Mavericks beating the Lakers (let alone sweeping), and I didn't see the Spurs going out in round one. I thought the Bulls would be beating the Pacers and Hawks more easily, and I thought Denver would do a better job with OKC.

Yeah the Bulls haven't been playing their best game(or all teams have been playing their best against them, take your pick).

Lucky for them they're a good young team that might just need that 1 piece. Similar to OKC. Although I think Ibaka might have been that piece. We'll see.

Well, Haslem on Bogans and Haslem on Rose tied at four, so I have to make the call... gonna have to roll with Haslem on Bogans. I think it's easily the better of the two dunks... the Rose one just had the appeal of being on the MVP (although he's a PG, so I guess that kind of negates some of that hype).
