Wesley Johnson, Michael Beasley will be Working-Out With Kobe Bryant this Off-season
http://lakers.topbuzz.com/gallery/d/281926-1/Kobe+Bryant+on+his+toes+vs+Michael+Beasley.JPGhttp ://lakers.topbuzz.com/gallery/d/288635-1/Kobe+Bryant+drives+baseline+vs+Wesley+Johnson.JPG

I have been patiently waiting for this.

F Michael Beasley will spend part of the summer in Los Angeles for the first time. He said he will work out with teammate Wes Johnson(notes) while there and Kobe Bryant(notes). Johnson worked out with Bryant a time or two last summer and hopes to do so again, only more extensively. Johnson and Bryant share the same agent, Rob Pelinka.

No excuse for Michael and Wesley Snipes :pimp:

Well we can look forward to crunch time buckets from Beasily and Jonhson, if this were a Lebron work out he would teach them that the most important place to shoot for when the game is on the line is usually no where near the rim.

Just another example of how dedicated Beasley and Wesley Snipes are

Rubio should be packing his bags to come play with these studs

:oldlol: :oldlol: that may help Wesley Snipes, but not Beasley who is arguably the most clutch-est player in the game

M.B has 3 game winners in his short career(2 this season).

As a matter of fact I rather Beasley have the ball in his hands over both Wade and Bron in the final seconds of game

"Offensively, I've been a big believer in him," Rivers said before his Celtics beat the Timberwolves 96-93 on Monday night. "I just think he can score. I said it two years ago: I think one day he may lead the league in scoring. He just knows how to score the ball. He has a Carmelo ability to score the ball."

Beasley scored 19 points, playing only 23 minutes because of foul trouble.

"He's a matchup problem every night," Rivers said. "He's tough for 3s [small forwards] to guard because of his size. He's too quick for 4s [power forwards]. And he can shoot. Obviously that's the key. He has quickness and a shot at that size. That makes him tough to guard."

Kobe is not the clutchest player in the game. He's all about volume in the clutch. He's a ball hog and chucker in the clutch so he's bound to hit some at some point. A lot of people have selective memory though.

edit: Oh, you meant Michael Beasley...nvm...he's clearly the clutchest player in the game.

Almost 10,000 posts and hasn't even been here a year. What a worm:facepalm

No one cares about Michael Beasley. He's a decent scorer and may turn out to be a good 2nd or 3rd option on a mediocre team. Keep jerking it to him tho

So, we can't like a player if he's not a first option of a championship team??

Never said you can't like him, just saying this moron shouldn't start threads about him every week when he's been a non factor in this league and is currently rotting on a crap team with Ricky Rubio being touted as their savior.

And funny how on this forum it's common practice to post lame pics or 10 sec videos to refute someone's point. I'm not even a Kobe Bryant fan I don't know why he'd post such a thing.:lol I suppose when you're a Beasley fan you gotta scratch and claw for anything you can find to defend your golden boy.

I'm as big a Beasley supporter as any (not including borderline stalker/mancrush homers like XOIAD), but he really will never be a legit first option on a championship caliber team (coming from someone who thought he could be a 25/8 player in his prime).

Not saying it's anything wrong with it though, lots of people are huge fans of role players, such as StroShow, who loves Stromile Swift. I'm pretty sure he accepts that Stro was a great player in his own right but not an all-time great or anything. This guy still holds onto the thought that Beasley will be the best player in the league, that he's better than Carmelo Anthony(:oldlol: ) It's just ****ing retarded, go ahead and like Beasley but sh!t don't act like he's something he isnt. smh:facepalm

Exactly. It's actually a gimmick I find amusing. If this guy isn't trolling then I really feel sorry for him, and judging by his post count he must be a very strange and lonely man.

Is this normal in all American sports, or just basketball?

It seems very weird to me that a current player would help train a player from an opposition team.

I know he's getting paid, etc., but it still seems inappropriate.
